Please help me figure out a Pisces man

I'm September 11,1970 2:15 pm Savannah Ga. He's 26 February 1975 not sure of time Jacksonville Fl..... Can't we work? I know he likes me but he seems intimidated by me or something

Pisces and Virgo can work, if both parties have a mind for it to.

Every Sept 11th born Virgo I've met, both genders, is very controlling .. I mean controlling to the point that they expect their partners to live their lives exactly as the Virgo dictates.

If you have that tendency, then you aren't going to make it with a Pisces .... the Fish refuses to be guided or controlled in any form.
