non-verbal is 90% of communication

so the more information the more evidence

especially from those that dont speak

"Truth Wizards". Many are ATF agents.

Psychologists searched for them for years.

Persons who have cultivated their gift of/are highly adept at "reading" others/detecting deception.

Quickly picking up on gestures, microexpressions, verbal clues (changes in pitch, etc.), can tell you what emotions are in play before you even realize you have them - they are clued in. They MORE than pay attention.

All this ^^^ coupled with what's in their gut.

Most times however, it's not really in what you say, but in what you don't say.

Lol, some of that stuff is sooo cool imo.
I know nothing about psychology but it's fun and interesting to watch peoples 'tells' for lack of a better term, like little things they do when they're lying, or like you said with the voice, when it becomes pinched/constricted sounding (I think it's the vocal cords tightening tbh) kinda adds another layer to what a person is actually doing/saying.

Isn't it? We give ourselves away all the time and don't even realize.

There's a show that comes on every Thurs, 10/9c, on CBS (channel 2) called "The Mentalist" that I absolutely love.

It's about a guy who sort of works as a freelance Bureau Investigator and solves crimes by observation. Quite interesting.

Yea,

Don't watch it religiously, but it's def. one of my favs.

If I really really like a show and have missed quite a few episodes, a season or two, or if the show has been cancelled, I will buy the dvd box set so as to have it in my collection and can catch up at my leisure.

"Lie To Me" is my #1. Deception Diagnostics. I-N-T-R-I-G-U-I-N-G.

i'm a psych major so yea, i totally get a boner for analyzing the crap out of people and knowing what makes them tick. which most likely stems from an inner need to control...but i digress haha

Sweet, that show looks interesting !
The topic is something I'm gonna read up on, +1 on the intriguing part.🙂
Unrelated I think, but Flash Forward is one of those shows that I kinda only watched a few episodes and need to go back and watch, now I've tore through 'Fringe'.

Damn, I missed Flash Forward.

I believe it was cancelled before it even made it through it's entire first season. *SH*

Nowadays with these shows it's like here today, gone today.

yes i'm an ENTJ if you know what that means

I am not a virgo (obviously) but I am deeply into psychoanalysis. I double majored in psychology and biology in college. I must say it helped me a lot in life. I am very intutive as well. I am dating a virgo who isn't as intutive as me. But loves to psychoanaylze as much as me. I am INTJ. Btw.

Why would you have thought that zeo?

scorpio is sensing because they are sensitive

also from your other threads you use feeling explaining the F that determines your perception explaining the P

how you sense (S) may be more significant from those threads rather than how you recollect to use intuition (N)
