Seems a bit necessary around here, seeing as there's quite a few people who will probably get a burnout pretty soon from all that negative energy.
So here are the steps:
1. Click on the name of the user you'd probably like to kill given the chance.
2. On the left side of the screen you might now see an "block *username* from contacting you" option, click on that.
3. Voil??! problem solved, Im not expecting you to thank me..but trust me your arteries will.
