Mercury is the ruling planet for both Virgo and Gemini. Mercury is also the planet that rules communication. It went retrograde on July 4th, which means anything over the next 3 weeks having to do with communication, especially computers and electronic devices, will have a tendency to go haywire. It's not an auspicious time for negotiations or signing contracts.
