Virgo/Libra cusp?

What can the fine ladies (and perhaps men) of the Virgo contingency of DXP tell me about this cusp? Interested in a woman who was born on Sept 22nd, thinking about flying out to see her in a few months. Always been into her.

I’m not on a cusp but I’m a Libra dominant Virgo, so I’ll just tell you some of my likes, and what I want from a guy who’s interested in me.

Open and honest communication, even if its uncomfortable to say, we want to know the truth. Displays of affection, subtly if in public tho, like a quick cuddle or a protective arm around me.
A guy who can be a goofball and make me laugh, but who isn’t afraid to get serious when the time calls for it.
Fairness... I’m very sensitive to unfairness in a relationship, and I want a relationship that is as equal as it can get, so no double standards, and a lot of loyalty and respect both ways.
I think appreciation and respect is the biggest things to us. Show that you appreciate us and respect our thoughts and feelings and we’ll do the same for you.
Continual self improvement from both parties... there’s something very appealing about a person who knows that they always have more to learn and fine tune. Him wanting and striving to be his best self along side me, with me doing the same, nothing’s better than that. That’s a tight team to me

Powerful, don't know what "side" she connects with more. She seems very smart, but also artistically inclined from her IG page, she's a good painter. Anal with punctuation and spelling (you're vs your). Loves to travel it looks like. Curvy. Seems to struggle with diet based on some of the stuff she likes on Twitter.
