Virgo man and Virgo woman - who makes the 1st move

Hi, a Virgo guy texts me (Virgo girl) every now and then to ask how I am etc. Each time, he will disappear after a few exchanges. He said that he has been working everyday, crazy hours, for the past few weeks. I do believe him, given the nature of his work. However, surely he can text me more consistently? What does this mean? I thought he liked me cos we texted a lot in the first few weeks after we met. I tried to ask him out twice but both times we had to postpone because of his work. Since he got really busy with work, i kind of let things be. But it has been a few weeks now. Should i ask him out again? Typically in a Virgo-Virgo situation, who makes the first move?

We met online but went out together in person once. We've got mutual friends so i know he's a decent person. We're both in our mid-20s. We have not spoken on the phone. He works till 1am everyday. I guess our only form of communication is texting...

Are you asking him to hangout with you, or are you asking him out on a date? If you're asking for a date, that could be your problem. Just keep texting him friendly shit until he makes plans to hangout and get to know you. A lot of Virgos like to be friends before dating. If you can get him alone and have fun with him, he'll probably ask you out. Virgos are easy like that.

I suggested meeting up. I guess I made it sound casual? The thing is, i can't get him alone and have fun with him; have to ask him out to meet him, because we do not work/study together.

So i was thinking... My friend has a gig coming up. A group of friends are going. I thought of asking him along, though he doesn't know any of them. Do you think it's a good idea?
