Virgo Men, Insecure Much?

Virgo's seem to want to have control of everything. I think its a sign of insecurity. Also, why does it seem like so many virgo men are single and have been single for such a long time? Are they so afraid of getting hurt that they dont want relationships? Im still dating my virgo and still seeing his fears. I know he loves me, but its like everything he does is calculated and never just living in the moment and enjoying life.

When most people just bet a small amount (in the game of relationships), we Virgos tend to go all in when serious - if that doesn't scare a person then they're not okay in the head.

hmmmm, that is interesting,but ...its funny because do virgo's expect one to know what they are thinking? I mean, i love virgos, but...i wish they werent so afraid because feelings are feelings and if you are afraid or not you have to deal with them.

Im not a Virgo, but I got a Virgo Moon and Rising... I like being single. I don't jive too well with Virgo Men...I dated this guy with Venus in Virgo...Woah the way he talked shit about other people, it made me feel insercure because what if he talked about me the same way?

I belive its cause Virgo is a virgin and like Aries is independent.

@ Allenbeau, yea, i feel you on them talking about others. Some of them are very critical and judgemental of others but they are easily hurt when they are the ones being criticized. Its quite astonishing how they react to it. lol.

Your so right about Virgos ability to be critical. Virgos are usally married to themselves. Its a hard sign for a male to be. Virgo is about adjustment, good at being uncomfortable so they can't stop changing all the time. Always trying to perfect a situation. With the Venus in Virgo for instance, Venus is at fall in Virgo because they are always looking for the perfect mate. And the next one is always better then the one before.

Virgo is also the sign of divorce, coming before Libra the sign of marriage.

correction 1:
virgos want to be in control of their own lives,just like everybody else wants to be.
correction 2:
subconsciously for some, but consciously for me, restraint allows for freedom, it's not about fear.
Why shouldn't he be calculating? He is aware of the moment.
"I know he loves me," Are you sure about that? aren't you being complacent?

Some people romanticize decisions made on impulse; others pride themselves on being well-organized. It's just a matter of personal preference. There's an art to making the planned seem unplanned, of course (see sprezzatura), but that's a story for another day.

Does he usually seem to have a plan, even when you don't? Does it always seem like he's in mentally in control of himself, even at times when you're not? Does he seem independent enough to survive on his own, even outside of a relationship (i.e. without you)? If so, then yes, you could see Virgo as a sign that brings out insecurity. Unfortunately, Virgos aren't usually the best at reassurance.

Don't worry though. There are plenty of other signs that'll orbit the sun. :3

However, Virgos would love to be masters at the art of controlled folly, deftness, to the romantic likes of Casanova. Planning is far too boring for Virgos.

Virgos usually, but not always, secure their lives early on [careers etc.] and strive for self sufficiency, without it a Virgo is never at peace, one could almost say disturbed, then one does have an unhappy Virgo. Virgos are dead scared of insecurity because pride would not allow it. Virgos abhor the pseudo!

We may seem aloof at times but the above is the reason why.

Most people think that virgos, cancers and other ones are afraid of getting hurt. It is not that!. I don't even know why people say it that much....... That is a lot of other factors. Virgos want things in the right way, some are shy, some don't know how to behave in certain situations... And they are so focus on doing everything right and not messing things up that they lost their spontaneous behave, like.... a robot! hahahah
They are always worrying. Always. What they are really afraid of is: saying "unappropriated" (for some people) things and hurting people with sincerity.

i have never met a single human being who never at one time or another had a worry
Virgos have tact
it is something that non of the other signs have.

Yep they do that. But if you continue to date and become more serious, he will open up more.

I dont worry alot and im a Cancer Sun Mars Mercury Virgo Moon Rising. Im quite adventurous but Im over relationships right now. It seems that I enjoy being single cause like I dont like emotional baggage, but im not closed to the idea that a potiental mate will walk into my life again. Venus in Taurus is a strange placement, the more I get what I want, the less I desire it. After being in a few intense relationships you get over it...Sometimes you just gotta enjoy the simple things in life and smell the flowers.

I seem to only get into relationships with Scorpios and Pisces...Nobody else
