My Virgo male friend at work fixed something on my car for me and I decided to get him a little thank you gift. It wasn't something quick and easy to fix. It was the linkage used to make the wiper blades move. He spent two hours doing it and also cleaned the built up leaves and crap under the hood, which I thought was such a Virgo touch. I heard that he likes a certain kind of gift card, so I got one as a gift that I want to give him after Christmas break at work. I guess my question is this: Would Virguys like this, or do you feel it's just that you're happy doing something to help others? I'm really confused by this guy, so I can't tell if he did this to be nice or if I should read something more into it. We spent most of the time talking, while he was working, about everything from his archaeology studies, to finding pets and family members dead, to Monty Python to common car care tips. At the work Christmas party, we spent most of the night chatting and he got me several shots of ouzo. It was fun. I guess I don't want to give the wrong "friend" vibe by giving him a thank you gift... Is that weird?

Wtf is a "friend" vibe? I don't understand what you're getting at. You're interested in dating him or you can't stand him and you don't want to give the wrong message?
You can send him the gift, as a token of appreciation for his gesture. I wouldn't be concerned if he read into it or not, unless you want to accomplish smthg with this.
Thanks for your reply. I have given or made him other little gifts, but just silly stuff. I made his favorite dessert or brought his favorite candy to work, things like that. I usually share these things with everyone in the office, so I thought this would be something that's just for him and that I know he mentioned wanting.

He did something nice for you, you do something nice in appreciation Virgo man will be happy about that, who wouldn't??

Get him the gift card, that shows him that his hard work and time is appreciated.
