I know that I'm late but I want to answer anyway. Drawing is not a huge talent of mine, but I have been told that I can draw well. I write poetry and short stories (I'm very sappy when it comes to this). I teach fitness dance classes and soon I hope to create a dvd with my students. With that being said, I create my own workout music. I have many things that one could consider talents. You could call me the jack of trades, master of some. I guess that creativity could be my talent.

We had to do a project for Digital Imaging, taking subjects from 2 photos and combining them believably

Cool work.

Let's see, I like to write poetry/stories, and produce classical music as well. However, I'm an athlete at heart, I'm a former gymnast/martial artist/power lifter, am bodybuilding at the moment....

You having 9% body fat at one point in your life....now THAT'S talent. Wow!

I miss drawing with my hands. I really do.

There's a part of me that's excited about drawing pads on computers, but another part of me that feels like a sell out (-_-)

Omg, last year I had a teacher for Drawing II who did that--she'd just make you draw pages and pages and pages of your own hands--and this was on 11x17 paper! I hated it. Every...freakin'...moment.

The worst part--she made us go to a local museum, and pic 3 pictures to re-draw...

Try standing there with a pad and trying to recreate a work of art hanging on a wall, while other people are looking over your shoulder, mumbling things about you like you're a terrorist...and not just ONE picture, but THREE!!!

Yeah...I'll see her in hell...

No! That was just it!!! When I asked her what the purpose of it was, she just smiled at me knowingly--sort of the way one does when they're trying to tell you that one day, when you're old and gray, rocking in your rocking chair on the porch, you'll suddenly be all "OMG! I get it!! You have to BE the museum painting!" Yeah, no.

I have refrained from professor reviews (we have to do ours online), as I do not trust the anonymity, and I am very...elaborate on my...unhappiness of some professors, lol; the thing is, in this program, you have a high chance of having them at least 2-3 times. I don't really need them to be hard on me because of some bad review they found out I gave them the last term. That's okay.

Oh wow--one thing I have to say is all the professors in my major are very close knit (some even went to school together). That's pretty bad, bashing a teacher right next door...

Yeah--there was one professor who would not stfu. 3 hours listening to tales of him being lefthanded and finding it hard to find a calligraphy pen back when he was going to school, and how he failed a class because of it...I was like "omg...please...stop talking!" Even worse, he told us that story at least 4 times during the semester. It was torture. He'd even hold the attendance sheet until the end of the class, just to trap us there until the end to listen to his tales. Supposedly I'm to have him again, a few more times, and I don't know if I'll be able to hold my temper...

I don't mind a teacher that chit chats, it's actually very comforting to hear of their tales when they were going through the same classes we were, and their entry level jobs, but Jesus--the WHOLE 3 HOURSβ€” Meanwhile, none of the students can get up and walk around and look at what the other students are working on for ideas, or inspiration--none of us knew each other in that class. None of us. He never walked around to help us either, just sat there like a demented ventriloquist dummy, with a doofy smile plastered to his face, speaking of tales we'd heard a million times before.

I love getting a teacher who can mix chatting with help--I especially love teachers who walk around...sometimes you don't want to ask a question in front of the class and it's nice to have the professor walk around and you can just ask him then.

And that`s why I ended up changing my major. By the way, wasn`t it boring only drawing, drawing, drawing, and drawing again....?
Just asking, hehehe, Ah the good teacher who I mentioned was a Virgo,too.....I found drawing is waaaaay tooo boring for me, maybe I wasn`t that talented... Drawing eyes was the hardest part of portrait, as I remember

Awww, lol--I LOVE drawing eyes! I find I always start with them first, lol.

I'm very good with words, naturally I write. I'm very musical, I'm a pianist, singer, I play guitar, violin, composed a few songs and it takes me a shortwhile to learn a new instrument. Or language, I'm quick in picking up new language. I dance, I cook and bake. I paint. I'm also very good with logic puzzles.

But those don't have anything to do with talent. I suppose musically and linguistically gifted I perhaps am. Otherwise I work very hard to be the best I can be and to understand things I enjoy!

Was a child I was heavily into art ALL the time, probably because I was vey shy and an only child. I don't draw/paint at all anymore and I wish I did sometimes. Inspiration is hard for me for some reason, so over the past 10 years, I discovered a gift for writing, of creating a world void of my inhibitions. It's a great release but enables the loner side of myself. I've been much better about balancing it all out. I do love to cook when I'm in the mood.

I also have a talent for noticing little things that no one around me does. lol

learning is my skill. i'm a physical person but equally mental. always good at logical and lateral thinking, very keen eye, analytical

actually virgos are versatile, adaptable, competent - we just need to reduce the destructive things that hold us back
