Have you done anything to trigger a move from him?

Well I am seeing a Virgo guy now, and he usually initiates things and I usually clear up my schedule for him! He is a very outgoing person so maybe you Virgo is just shy? Ask him out! Tell him you have an additional ticket for a concert or a game and your sister couldnt go... that might work. Good luck

Well we work together.. So should I avoid him or awhile? All we say is hi to each other. Sometimes 3-4 times a day. It's extremely frustrating. I've noticed that if he over hears me being flirty with someone I won't see him for days. Like he hides from me.

IMHO, and in my experience with Virgo men. When they realize you're actively trying to make them jealous, they will run for the hills and disappear forever.

Mind you, I am not saying you are doing it intentionally.

Tread lightly in this area with your Virgo.

my virgo or whatever he is at the moment (long story lol) when we first met 2.5 years ago, i was the one who initiated contact but he loved it and he was quite persistant and he seamed to like it and respond over text etc. then when we first ever met up he made the first move by kissing me. his chart is similar to your guy, virgo sun, capricorn moon but cancer venus.

im a scorp sun, capricorn moon, venus libra.
