Definitely a dog person. The only thing cats are good for is making hats out of them. 😁
Cat hat......love it🤣
And dogs like this but not to own one as they’re too much responsibility but cute though

I love that cats are pretty independent, it vibes with all my Sagittarius. It's also kinda nice to know that the cats would make it without me. The dogs on the other hand would either end up eating me or one another 🤣

Yes I’m the same …. Free spirited, dogs are a bit too needy for me and I don’t fancy being eaten alive either 🐶

Yesssss! That's a very lovely kitty. I always wanted to get a designer cat, like a Maine coon or a Bengal or something exotic ya know. Gotta say though that my orange tabby from the shelter has been one of the best cats I've ever known. I'm getting ready for a date right now and he is literally outside the bathroom door crying to get in.

I like dogs more, but also love cats too. The only reason I don't like cats more is because I'm super allergic. Although my entire life I've truly wanted nothing more then to cuddle up with a fluffy purring cat. I was shattered when I was first told I was allergic to cats. I still remember being a small child, and breaking down from the information. I was at least happy I wasn't allergic to dogs, but years later I had to get another allergy test, which said I was also allergic to dogs. It shattered my child brain tbh. Luckily I'm not as allergic to dogs. I have to be scratched from a dog to show any reaction. Cats however, I'll literally feel like I'm dying just from entering the room. I absolutely hate it.

None. All animals that are not White bunnies are gross. But for the most part. Cats are better, smarter, cleaner and actually not annoying.
Can we like both? Cus I like both. I would like to have one of those cute lap cats even though im allergic to cats. You know, the kind that likes to snuggle on your lap. I'm considering giving my dog away to my niece and her mom. Dogs are too energetic and just can't seem to chill. My favorite breed dog would be pugs. They so cute and adorable with those squinched up mean looking faces and chubby little bodies. It takes a lot of energy to keep up with dogs. I feel that extroverted people are dog people and introverted people are cat people. I think a cat would suit me better considering I'm allergic to them of course.
I’m a dog person. I actually had a cat first, then I had a rabbit. But now I have had a rescue dog for almost 7 years & now have an 8 month old puppy who is twice as big as my rescue. Oh I did have another dog when I was in my early 20’s. Had to give her up when I left my first husband.
I love the dogs best. They are cuddly, but more work for sure. The current two are very protective but want love and omg having issues about who is allowed to have the people. It’s been nice while I’ve been single. At least someone ( ok dogs) are happy to see me. 🤣🤣 They love you no matter what.

Awww. I would hate to have an animal hypersensitivity. Especially since yeah, who doesn't like a bunch a fluff to snuggle with!
You could always check out a sphinx cat but then you loose that fluff appeal.
I had a feeling you were prolly a kitty person!🐱

I love animals practically all animals but I’m more of a dog person. I have more of a cat like personality I think, but dogs are more energetic and fun the opposite of me. We balance each other out.Plus they are loyal and loving and I feel like when I’m crying or sad they just are there to comfort me without me having to speak or judge me
I heard that the 12th house rules large animals. So the 6th house ruling small ones makes sense. I have a 12th house stellium and funny enough I do tend to like larger animals. I like large breed dogs the best and loved cows especially when I was little
Hi cersi! Yes, I agree with you about the loyal part of a dog and yes, they are able to comfort almost in a human way! Maybe that's why they are man's best friend.
Yes, 6th house is small animals and 12th large. Houses 1-6 are nocturnal and personal to the native. Houses 7-12 are diurnal and social. Interestingly, houses share some affinity with their opposites, house 6 is small critters and it's opposite 12 is large critters. That's why house 1 is self and it's opposite 7 is relationships.
12th house stelliums bring a lot of energy to the native. Are your 12th house planets in late degrees? That would indicate that house 1 picks up some of that energy too.
Awwww, that's a very fluffy guy! And yes, seasonal as well🤣🤣
Not really the "pet" type so have to say cat. Its been my experience that they just kind of "show up" around a place as a kitten or whatnot. Any cats around are pretty free to do whatever they do outside and live their life.

You may absolutely like both! I do too really. Just do kinda vibe more with the independent personality of cats. And yeah I've often thought that cats were more of an intro's type of pet while dogs are for extroverts, I mean, ya gotta walk dogs which suggests you gotta leave the house🤣.
I personally am both intro and extro. I need a bit of socializing, I like having friends and acquaintances, going out. But I'm pretty select in letting people come into the inner circle as it were lol. I do get drained by other people fairly easily and need to retreat and recharge.

I’m a dog person. I actually had a cat first, then I had a rabbit. But now I have had a rescue dog for almost 7 years & now have an 8 month old puppy who is twice as big as my rescue. Oh I did have another dog when I was in my early 20’s. Had to give her up when I left my first husband.I love the dogs best. They are cuddly, but more work for sure. Hey Roo! Shared custody sucks, even in the animal world.
My 2 dogs are super protective and jealous too. My Corgi won't let the cats near me if she close to me.
I do love how unconditional a dogs affection is. There's that joke about locking both the dog and the wife in the trunk of a vehicle and coming back an hour later to a happy dog and a pissed off wife lol.
Also, I remember an older lady telling me years ago (at almost 40 I'm the old one now lol) that you should always date a guy who has a dog because he knows he had better come home at night or there will be a mess in the morning🤣.

I really like that you have resuce babies. I always have believed that's the first place to look. Dogs that have been rescued seem to have a deep appreciation for the home you welcome them into!

I've had a couple of cats just show up. They both turned out to be great companions.
I wonder if you have empty 6/12th houses?

Lmao! It might be truth not a joke 🤣 To tell the truth I have found the guys with dogs to be far better humans than those without. So it is a good gauge actually!
Omg my rescue is being such a brat to the puppy. In the last month, we’ve had to manage the situation because the rescue was attacking the puppy!! Puppy is bigger now & finally started standing up for herself. But then 3 days of complete separation & they are acting much better!! They are completely fine by themselves, it’s just when I sit down on the bed or couch 😳😳 Fighting for the attention & right to lay near me! Omfg

Hi Roo! This week has been exhausting! Not much time for Internet shenanigans lol! Seems like every time I had a second, it was just that.......a second lol!
Puppies are the BEST!! My Corgi is named Cricket and she came into my life by chance, I wasn't even looking for a dog at the time. She is the most jelly dog I've ever been around, the poor cats can't even come in the living room when she is laying by me in the evening 🤣

My dogs are Nestle & Charley - both girls. Nestle is having such a hard time with Charley and having to share lol Charley is the sweetest. They are both mixes. Nestle not sure exactly.. she’s definitely a pit bull mix. About 30 pounds and much thinner than one but has the markings and coloring. She runs like crazy.. they told us she was a Whippet mix at the shelter 🤣🤣 She’s very sweet with people but territorial with dogs in my house/her home. Charley is a Pitt/Lab/German Shepherd/Husky mix… she’s big! Maybe about 50 pounds or so now. She has these HUGE Shepherd ears, so cute. She acts like a German Shepherd and is a big cuddler lol I’m just trying to get Nestle to calm down and be nice. Some separation when the humans are home is helping. When it’s just them, they are perfectly fine.
Dogs all the way! Cats are mean.

Well sisters usually fight but there is always love! I love Shepard's, good dogs. Loyal. Smart.
The dog I had before my 2 now was a pittie. She was the best doggie ever, my soul mate for sure. She was a white and black pit and around 50 lbs. She passed in 2021 at 15 and a half. I think of her daily. She was the one ya know, like, I'll always have a dog companion but she is the one my heart will always ache for💔

LMFAO! Yeah, cats can be a** holes! A good friend of mine hates cats, gives me a hard time about having 2. She is always like......yeah I'm a cat, I use the litter box then go knead my claws all over your bed and leave little grains of pee soaked cat litter
....yum yum.... she's not wrong but IDK my tabby is like cooler than most people I know so I guess I put up with his a** hole tendencies lol.

The only thing dogs are good for is kissing ass.
Dogs, specifically working dogs. They teach you how smart animals are, they have endless energy and positivity. They really teach you how to be a better human because of how far the would go to do their job, you've got to make sure they're safe from their own eagerness to please and their own drive.

That's really awesome! I think you're absolutely right.
Update: As you can see I now have a cat fur baby, and I honestly can’t pick between between dogs and cats anymore 🫠
There's something disturbing about people who are attached to dogs
Cats are cool

Are you a dog or a cat person?
I've always had both but think if I had to make a choice on one or the other I would choose cats. I love a doggie companion but have to make special arrangements for them when I venture out of town. Cats only require you to put a bit of extra food and water out.
Small animals are associated with house 6. I have sun in house 6. I really really like animals.
Anyone else an animal person?
