Does this Taurus man like me?

So I know this man since 2019 but never talked to him. Recently we met through some common platform and he used to stare at me. Long story short we started talking and he made me feel like he likes me. So one night I confessed that I like him. He said he will talk to me next day. And next day he said it doesn't have any future. But he replied to my texts and calls. I did not meet him as I thought he doesn't want to meet me. But he posted a pic of the place we were supposed to meet in insta. So I called him that night and told him I will meet him the next day and he said he is leaving early morning. But I went there though he left. After knowing this he said he won't meet me. And he is doing this as he doesn't want to make my life complicated. I told him later that I won't contact him again. After that he started liking my pics in insta! It's been 3-4 days we r not talking. Right now I'm very confused. What should I do?

Being a cap woman I never felt this kinda connection to anyone else. Plz help

Update: So this guy contacted me and asked me would I like to go for a movie!
