The male was always there for me and always paid for lunch. Always appreciated me. In return I gave him the best work ethic he could ever ask for.
I recently took a part time Christmas decorator job for the holiday season and my boss was spectacular. She brought me a thoughtful cake for my birthday, she took the whole team out to Christmas lunch and brought us gifts and gave money.
