I know she is seeing a new guy but she purposely came to where I live tonight and met me for 5 minutes to give me some French fries, a sort of sandwich thing and a candy.
She left and said she would see me Saturday night at the church event. I am not sure whether that means she will be bringing the guy she is seeing or not but I am doubting it if she is showing up at all instead of meeting his family out of town.

Why not save the money, get married in a church, and have the reception at a large public park?
Then you can use the saved money to buy a house or a new car.

With the COVID-19 in the news, we are still planning a September trip but it will be to Bermuda instead.
She has moved back in, so we already have a house and a car.
