Yes I agree with others that it would depend on the Libra's moon. I can see a Cap moon, Virgo or Taurus moon with one. But most Libra's find Caps kind of boring but are attracted to their looks, but that isn't enough for staying around after the deed is done.
Could you please tell me what do Libras mean when they say that Capricorns are boring? Are they not as celebratory as Libras like? Are they poor company? Bad talkers? Maybe Capricorns' life strategies do not suit them?

Yeah I think Pisces is best for Cap women with water or earth placements... But I have air/fire so Pisces is not ideal for me.

I know that Libras on this site hate Cap-Libra combo but for me Libra men def help me open up emotionally because they're friendly and don't have expectations of you opening up... Just appreciate it when you do. They share their own stuff which helps you open up too.

Birthdays and signs are actually predetermined. A lot of people are born on the wrong day or were conceived at the wrong time so they're born under a sign that isn't really theirs. You'd have to look at your index to make sure you're a true Capricorn(or have someone else do it, somebody that knows what personal indexes are and how to read them for data).
I don't think a real Capricorn would ever admit that they're bad justice and a form of punishment for other people with bad signs and terrible spirits(or, no spirit at all). They're k much too self-righteous for that.
