hhmm well I couldn't tell if i was attracted to him physically. I'm sure if I get to know him that will grow. There wasn't much chemistry either but that might develop too with a kiss. he also mentioned his downfalls which I didn't include. I don't think anything is wrong with those statements; most of them are factual. Nothing wrong with being a planner or stating what you have been able to accomplish. Only one is the "elite level" but he could mean his thinking process etc.

Him talking real estate and markets is stale. Also, making proclamations about himself as well as you is way too presumptuous for first time meeting. If these things are true, then it should be apparent otherwise it can come off as a try hard projection. Insinuating you're too laid back seems to be a ploy especially when he barely even knows you. Sounds like a meathead but maybe someone that would make a good contact if you want to invest or buy some ocean front property in Arizona.

Haha! I hate those interview type dates. Great you enjoyed it. I like to go for a more physical activity type date, a hike, bowling, walk through the park, etc. Things still come out but not so much pressure, more laughing & enjoying and seeing how the person functions overall instead of see our lists of who we are.

Overall, very nice guy and he talked a lot about his work/career transition/hustles. And I enjoyed it. He knows a lot of stuff and someone you can learn from. He was very open about his insecurities but at the same time very confident. I'm always surprised how Cap men pull off looking so much better than they actually do based on how they carry themselves. He didn't text me if I got home ok which is always a pet peeve of mine.
