We are. But we evolve over millions of years. "Our issues" are in different time span. In the 90's no one was politically awaken except few nut cases who felt what is coming. Now everyone is awaken. Only way to calm down the planet is nuclear bomb. Then we start over, otherwise I doubt anything will change. Maybe total collapse of the West could also calm things down, which I would not rule out.

This is a fairly limited view on economics. While I don't have time to get into how most of busines forecasting demand, and possible influences that may may effect those forecast. I will touch on how most large businesses make payroll, and buy materials on credit. So naturally as interest rates rise, company projections change as overhead just became more expensive. But for how long will things remain expensive? Much like most of our economy, it's based on speculation. Much of that speculation revolves around politics and political agendas.
Ironically the entire scenario that occured with our economy was predicted. Because it was predictable. Stop the economy, shut down the country, print trillions of dollars, hand out free money, the value of the dollar goes down.. check.. inflation increases.. check.. interest rates are forced to rise in order slow the exchange of money and bring some of the excess back to the FED in the form of the higher interest being paid to borrow money. So now you have 2 basic economic principles tgat drive prices upward.. 1) you have easier access to money which increases demand and the law of supply and demand dictates price. Thats the most basic rule of economics. Then 2) you have higher overhead, you get Cost Push Inflation as those increases are passed on. So, when inflation hits 3% , you'll see an increase in business profits of around 3% , which is inline with the economy.
Then you get into price elasticity of demand and how that can create a new price floor, but we'll save all that. Point is, where we are now was predictable, was predicted, was shouted from the rooftops, and was blatantly ignored.

Zuckerberg chose to follow those actions asked of him. There was no government mandate or anything. You made a claim that you saw stuff related to J6 and Covid that you weren't supposed to see. I did not clock that. I think I have a harder time reconciling that with RFK. Because he's stance on it is so opposite of everything he wants you to perceive about him, it comes off as an outlier very much the vibe of one of these things is not like the other.
And its not that I agree with her statement, but her statement does align with her background and who she is, as a person dedicated to military service.
This is very much a war of propaganda. One side Hamas is the terrorist, and the other side they are resistances fighters. But in western culture islamophobia has been peddled to us to dehumanize we want to exploit for the good of western dominance since really the 70?.
So the perception in American Culture of a Radical Islamic man is difficult for most people empathies with. I have really seen little "actual" evidence acting without honor, where in contrast Israelis will brag about their atrocities.

First off, no one says we will or deserve to survive. That's earned. Many eras come and go and we know zero about. They failed and got wiped. Plenty of stuff we have found that we can't recreate ourselves that predates our known history.
Other eras changed and advanced. However, what is unique about us, we have access to truely genocidal planet wipping armaments. So nukes and resl war...extinction a real possiblity.
Secondly, this era is ending without a doubt. It's not politically awakened. It's real awareness of what is happening around us. Games not over yet.
