Any aqua moons out there?

Wondering what its like for others living with an aqua moon. I myself am one, and have yet to meet a fellow aquamooner. I feel like a rare breed and find it really hard to relate to people my age, uninterested in superficial things or conversation, I constantly wish to go explore and be left alone a lot of the time because people irritate me. Being scrutinized for being aloof and coming across like I don't care is a common occurrence too.. are these common traits among Aquarius moons or is this just me? lol. Interested to hear how other aqua moons are effected by this placement!

As an aqua mooner do you tend to like Leo moons?

yes! I adore leo moons! I find at the beginning leo moons and I are always fascinated with each other yet unsure of how to approach one another, once we become more familiar they always manage to teach me something new, about others and myself.

It takes some understanding between the two, but once that is in place we compliment each other well I believe.

Exactly! I have found recently that people really cannot deal with how blunt I am, so I decide to keep my mouth shut a lot of the time now in order to not get into anymore trouble =) happy to hear there is someone out there like this!

I'd say I'm pretty independent, detached, and pretty social. I like to talk and meet new people. I can also be quiet and reserved. I love my alone time, it gives me time to myself to recharge.

Satrblue, do you find that despite the fact that you love to meet and talk to new people but have troubles building close relationships with those people?

Actually yes, but I always thought that was me just being detached. I like people, but I like to see what's going on in alot of people lives, but I don't actually want to be apart of there lives. I don't know if that makes sense. I love to care for people, help them, talk to them. But then I have to get away and just have alone time. I have my friends who listen when I want to talk about problems, but there are only a few people that I trust like that. I feel not alot of people are going to be honest with me and tell me the truth, not matter how ugly it is. So for me it is kinda hard to really have real relationships even real friendships with people.

I have question, Has anyone ever accused you of being cold hearted? when knowing that is not even close to the truth. This is a tough placement for the Moon to be in. I like to think of it as a
Cadbury Creme Egg, hard thick shell on the outside but soft on the inside!

although, I do love Cancer Moons, I just have a really good friendships with cancer moons but maybe it's My Venus in Cancer

Starblue, yes I have gotten that many times. I have a very "realistic" way of looking at things, despite my cancer sun and mercury (oh lord), for example: death. I have a really hard time at funerals, or expressing emotions when I hear of peoples deaths, this is when I have been called cold hearted. In my head, I just tend to think, death is only natural and the person is already gone, it is out of anyones control. Knowing that people think of me as cold hearted, I have had to act more emotional then I feel because I guess for most people my reaction is not the norm.

Omg, this is def me. I ve an Aqua moon..one of my bestie evn told me m unemotional, all blc I was so blunt and straightforward wt him.. Bt what worries me most abt it is the detachness. I like pple, I luv being frinds with them frm a distance. I luv studying them, observing them, admiring them..but I dnt want to get involved in their life. I luv being alone wt my tots. Pple try to come close to me and ve conversations wt me, bt I jst push them away. I rather be alone by myself. M so detached. The only person dt gets my full attention is my lover..then a few of my frinds. They re the ones I share my problems wt, they re the ones who knw hw emotional I can get. Then, some persons jst irritate me, esp when I dnt find them interesting, intellectually stimulating or funny and I cnt evn pretend abt it. They come close and m luking for the nearest exit door. I ve Sun in Sagg, so somtimes I get confused.. My Sagg want to go out wt frinds and ve mad fun, my aqua tinks I need some alone indoor time..but when I finally go out, I sure do ve a lot of fun.

You totally described me! I spend most of my time alone eventhough I have many friends I am never really close to them and my group of friends change constantly! My sister says I'm a cold hearted bitch because I am very blunt at times and seem to have an idgaf additude. I'm weird different and ppl should accept me like that or fuck off lol ps: I am not an angry person I just like to be honest and straightforward

my little brother is an aqua moon (pisces sun) and he is attached to his ipod 24/7. So I can see the being alone part. ...but I dont think their difficult to live with! 🙂

You and the OP just described me to a T! Guess that's an aqua moon thing.

Aqua moon reporting in. Sometimes I've found that the tendency to detach results in people drifting out of my life, which (in certain cases) I've really regretted later. I've also come to learn that my coolness makes people think I don't care (untrue), so I've pushed myself to make sure I engage in the proper friendship rituals more consistently. That's been helpful, actually. Have a Leo/Virgo cusp sun, Sag rising, Aqua moon.

Beckamitchell, I agree with you! I find myself having to make an extra effort for those I really want to keep around, because this really does not come naturally and others don't seem to understand it or take it the wrong way. Being so detached has its downfalls lol
