Aqua man, cancer crush
I attract cancers all the time and we always hit it off right away.
My ex is cancerian and although we are broken up we're still best friends

I'm a Cancer woman, just recently stopped seeing an Aqua. Unless we are really confident you are interested we will be friendly but stay at a distance to prevent us from getting hurt.Could be she's unsure if you like her, thus the reason she never texts. I do the exact same thing when I dont want to put too much out there before I know what the situation is..
@allluv72 When an aqua man likes a girl, he always makes sure it is known. I made it well obvious that I'm interested in her. Come to think of it, she does seem to be testing me. How was your relationship? If you don't mind, can you tell me what the deal breaker was
As a cancer girl, I can say we like to be asked how we feel. That's how we get our reassurance. Maybe ask her what she is feeling or tell her how you feel.

But then how fast are cancerian girls? How long do they take to decide. How long till I can express my feelings? As an aqua I don't take much time in realising my feelings and I can wait for her.
Kumarsid, the deal breaker for me was his inconsistency. He started out communicating with me non-stop then it slowly died down. He said he noticed red flags with me, I noticed severe insecurities with him. Till this day I still dont know if he was playing games, already had someone or never was really serious about pursuing anything. I stopped all communication and every few weeks he'll pop up to get me to chat with him via text, telling me he misses me, then dropo hints he wants to see me, I never take the bait. The more I act nonchalant the more he seems to try to get me to talk to him. Consistency for me is the key, makes me feel your words line up with your actions. You cant tell me you like me and then disappear or fall back on communicating. With me it's better to start off slow and increase the pursuing then to come on too strong and fade off, that's a red flag to me..
This has always been the least discussed topic here. Aqua man with Cancer woman, hmmm.
I think the problem may come if you do not express well. How long have you known each other?
I don't want to come across as negative here, but I think the relationship would be great to start off with but will slowly go down hill. Cancers, particularly women, need someone to be there - they are quite emotional and can come across as clingy. Aquarius can't really provide that emotional support unless you have some water signs in your chart or she has air?
I think these two signs are better off as friends. That's my opinion. My best friend is a cancer and she's great but when she talks about her relationship issues to me it's always 'hes not paying me any attention - does he not like me anymore' and it probably builds up insecurities.
My brother is also a cancer, he doesn't give me my space and he doesn't seem to understand what I mean...they take it offensively. He was married to a cancer woman and oh my she was soooo insecure!
I'm aqua but in a relationship with a scorp....we have been together for four years. It was a rollercoaster ride to begin with but we are very happy now.

JellyBelly, I totally agree. I have never meshed well with Aqua guys and I've dated 3. I have a best friend that is a Aqua and though I love her, we definitely have severe differences. she's very laid back and fly by night and I'm more ordered. The issue I have with Aqua men is they come off so strong and pursue you so hard, only to disappear in thin air, which of course brings insecurities. Then when you no longer put forth effort it's like they miss the attention and pop up, maybe that's just men.. lol..

i can't imagine some guy saying that while dating, over coffee or dinner, or sitting at the park, and all of a sudden, "You know, i've been meaning to tell you, since i brought you out here...."
You: (while eating some ice cream he bought you, enjoying the beautiful day) yes, what is it?
Him: "I feel our relationship must come to an end."
You: "Why?" (you stop eating your ice cream and instead feel the bile in your throat) lol
Him: "I see red flags in you."
You: (You look down) "Im not wearing anything red or with flags."
Him: "........"

This is very new. I've never been interested in cancer women before. I do not know what to do. I cannot assess her or her thoughts, as an Aquarius this is frustrating. Have this combo worked out for any of you guys? Whenever I text, she responds nice and sweet but otherwise she never texts me. We're not very familiar with each other and I know this is too fast for any conclusions but yeah it's frustrating to not know something.
