aquarius man and pisces woman
I have a long story with a pisces gal myself and trust when I say I understand the pisces tendency because it's the majority of my makeup. There are times where you just have to toughen up and make a stance otherwise you'll keep on hiding out and deluding yourself in your own world.
There comes a point where if they're not perceptive to the niceness then there's no point in giving it anymore. They'll continue to exist as they do and you'll get to spend all that energy on someone more deserving.

Fine line between what can be considered energy vampires versus us just caring a tad to much. For curiosity sakes do you know his birth date? I'm always curious to see the different Aquas and I just have this strange suspicion about his placements.

You gotta love that blunt honesty! He told you exactly where he stands with that sentence. He keeps in touch because you are a friend. And when he will miss something else from the girl he really likes, he might make that same mistake again.

He is probably vague about answering more questions about "feelings" because he doesn't want to hurt you or lose you as a friend. Just my thoughts.
Okay I was curious to see if there was Cap in him (no offense cappies) but WOW. He's also got a Taurus moon which backs up what he says and being brutally honest about it.
Some caps move slow.. real slow.. excruciatingly slow.. and yeah you're right they're quite private in a lot of ways. Depending on your own chart if you feel like you can stomach this then by all means by the initiator because I don't think he'll be that in the long run and it may very well just be small talks until you pounce on him or until he finally makes up his damn mind.

If you've tried and he's not budging, trust me he'll never budge. He might just be texting because you did give him chances because you are showing affection.
I'll leave you with this because it rings true for MOST aquas. We will spend time with those we care for even friends. If he's not dedicating any time to you after what happened chances are he's lost interest.
