Aquarius the Office Bully can't apologize

I often have lunch at my office with a sweet and wholesome cancer and an awfully brash Aquarius. The Aquarius loves to challenge our opinions and i'm all for an occasional healthy debate. However, without recognizing it, this Aquarius makes, rude and "unnecessarily honest" comments mostly towards the cancers, appearance or soft love parenting style and my problematic brand of feminism. Recently however she went after me when I made a joke about her fiancé and she in turn insulted my intelligence.

Her office bullying became worse when a more intelligent and competent, scorpio lawyer started working with us. In group dynamic in order to re-establish herself as the smartest most logical one, she puts down the cancer we work with. I was not going to let her continue to bully the cancer and make these judgements about me, so I decided to confront her.

I pulled her into my office at the end of the day and spoke to her about her mico-agressions and cruelty tourettes. She immediately got defensive and told us that if we didn't want people to call us out on our appearance or life style choices, we should change the way we are. But after calming her down and letting her know I was coming from a good place, she became more receptive.

This failure to accept responsibility though for her bullying is something so typical of air signs. Air signs are bullies, look at Trump, look at Jordan Peters. And they refuse to apologize! I cannot surround myself with them because of their superiority complex. Capricorns have a superiority complex as well, but at least they hate themselves so that makes them more relatable.

Sounds like you’re dealing with an extremely unprofessional insecure power tripping c-unt.

There’s no easy way to deal with these people. It doesn’t stop no matter how you try to outsmart their behavior. It’s never about the person they target, it’s the validation they feel from beating someone.

I know a few microaggressors both professionally and personally and I can tell you without a doubt that the moment you shine a mirror on their actions, shit gets ugly...she may have been receptive to your face but behind your back she will work like the devil on Halloween to take you down.

Instead of dealing with her directly which is always a threat to these people with inferiority complexes, always go above them and never get on their level and throw back the insults — victimhood is just as nice of a cape for them > as a superhero lol, they’ll make it work for them.

Once you go above them, be prepared with a list of past and present behaviors. Any interactions like talking face to face, make note of them. It may seem a bitch much to do this right now, but in my experience these types of workplace peoples will inevitably target you one way or another for distancing yourself from them——

My strict work policy:

Do not share personal details in length or chat about personal frustrations or relationship issues. When you open up this Pandora’s box of intimacy, the listener will always feel entitled to comment on your relationship or make baseless assumptions as well as use personal details to insult you.

- this is why I don’t actually talk about many details of my personal life here- people assume because you’ve told them something once before that they have a right to talk shit or make snotty comments.

Aqua women are very difficult to understand. The only emotion they truly feel is guilt 😎 guilt is like lava to an Aquarius

i am not a good type of person in the office...we is gonna fight ... lol i'm very very confrontational and not good to work with.

i do my work and my job and dont bother me.

I’m actually a very nice person and tbh you don’t know me. I haven’t plenty of functional and happy relationships with all the women in my life. No one I know appreciates fake bullshit relationships or small talk.

As for what I said about workplace bullying— I would never bully someone I work with. It’s a job and my career depends on being professional and respectful. It’s a male dominated field and petty fights with women are extremely looked down upon. You don’t get sloppy at work. Everyone goes home at the end of the day and everyone’s earning their money— no one has time for that shit.

i dont work in a male dominated field. i dont care for that. I never chose career. i already know what's it like working full time and i always wanted to marry and be happy and also do hobby stuff like this. lol
