Are aqua guys shy? Will this Aqua make a move

I have this aqua guy friend who I'm crushing on. We hang out one on one and go on what feels like dates but no physical moves have been made. We have great conversation, enjoy each other's company and he has taken me to some romantic spots where I think he might make a move, but nothing happens except for more good conversation. When he drops me off, he gives me a hug and we both say we had a good time and plan the next hangout. Do you think it's leading somewhere? I notice that he's not really a touchy feely person - but I wonder if Aqua guys are shy to make the first move? Do you think he's interested and just not sure what to do or am I kidding myself with this? Im a Virgo sun, sag rising.

Hey there, I've been in a simillar situation, it took him 3 months to admit he liked me. We took long walks, had good time, great conversations, no touchy stuff but it all felt like dates without label. It was crazy, everyone around us could see we fell for each other except for us.

How long has this been going on?

I found comfort in your response because my experience is similar to what you describe, and it gives me hope/reassurance that perhaps he will one day open up about potential feelings. We've known each other for two years, have been close friends for 6 months, and recently started hanging out in these more date-like situations for about a month.

I know I'm interested and I think he's interested too but can't tell since there had been no physical move yet.
