Desire and Sex

I am a Scorpio with Aquarius rising and whenever I feel deep love and bonding with someone my desire for sex with her reduces and the mental togetherness increase. But when I am not too close with my partner the desire is never ending. I have heard some Aquariuns face this problem too. Any ideas?

oh man! i so know where youre coming from, whenever i start feeling deeper emotions for anyone, i stray away from anything sexual, and go with the bonding mental togetherness first before anything sexual.also when away the desire is neverending..i guess absence makes us more turned on...😛...i am a virgo with aquarius rising.

Aquarius with Capricorn rising. Have to say that I agree with Lost in Love. I feel that the more I am in tune with someone on a mental level, the less I want to have sex with them. I love them deeply, but just am not as interested in it as in casual sex. Doesn't make sense to me!

Wrong, wrong, wrong. At least with mature Aquarians, the intellectual union increases the desire for sex, at least with respect to a suitable partner. It's not either/or, it's both/and. Are you all just a bunch of hormonal teenagers? On the other hand, at least those Aquarians with Virgo rising are able to act with incredible self restraint if they think the moment might otherwise be spoiled. . . .
