if a person complains about someone, about their marriage,

then they have deep problems.

i used to watch alot of dr.phil,

and read alot of relationship horrors in this site and other relationship forums.

if a couple is happy, they dont have any complaints about eachother. They understand eachother deeply and dont need to go to therapy or other people for help.

Healthy couples talk to someone OUTSIDE of their relationship to gain perspective. It's all about how they present it. If they bash their partner and put them down, devalue them, that's concerning. But if there is fondness and admiration- that's healthy. You don't have to agree- I don't care, who am I? But this just isn't me saying this, this is also from research done over the years by many known psychologists and psychiatrists (Hendrix, Ellis, Foa, etc etc).

She has told me she never had anything physical with him, which at 1 point I questioned and still do but not like before because I felt a certain away about her behavior and reasoning to make visits to see him, when there are other resources to say hi, especially 1 being social media. But constant reassurance of it being no sexual act I do believe her, if she did stray I doubt I would leave anyway and she knows that so keeping a lie going would be pointless, plus her positives out weigh her negatives, (unlike Lisa ).

I agree and this is my battle, I feel something happened, but I have to trust my wife, but I trust my instincts, and common sense says to me "she was 21 young nice body, sexually active , we fought a lot verbally she had guys wanting her,

but also she came home every night we talked on the phone for hours thru the day, 60% of the time I would drive her to work and school, we had the same friends, she always remains sweet and caring self sacrificing.
