Sags are much too fun oriented to handle Aquas when they get serious.

On the flip side, Caps are often much too serious for Aqua when aquas want ro play.

While I respect Aquarian opinions and usually get along with them, this comment seems to be a bit of a stretch.
Sometimes, hear me out, Aquarians can be downers. Sometimes their insistence on being counter-culture is apathetic in an extremely juvenile way. Who says enjoying Thanksgiving and wanting to share it with someone you love is shallow? It sounds vaguely as if this man is stuck in his "being positive is stupid and trying to have a good time is doubly so" stage. I went through that when I was what? Twelve?

When you invite someone over to your house for Thanksgiving and make them food, it's frustrating when they;
1. Criticize the holiday (that they decided to attend.)
2. Don't eat any of your food.
3. Watch football the entire time.
4. Leave after a half hour.

It is not, in my opinion, whiney to be mad at this man's actions. It is sensible.
I found it odd that you felt the need to criticize this woman for caring about what makes her happy.... what do you suggest? That she looks only for relationships that make her unhappy? Maybe this man is hurting, but that does not require ruining another person's night. There are millions of hurting people in the world, only a third become bullies. Personally, I have been hurt many times over by many manipulative people. I have learned that searching out those who hurt others and attempting to "fix" them does not help either me or them, it only multiplies the pain. Torturing yourself by being in a relationship with a downer or an unpredictable person is not worth the feeling of being needed.

No, not everything in life is "rainbows and kisses." But strong relationships are not made from self sacrifice. They are made from mutual respect and love. Respect is not ruining someone's Thanksgiving.

They want someone to talk to. I believe that the guy trust you because he said his personal matter which is kinda rare for an aqua guy.

Probably he was just trying to be entertained by watching the game to forget that negativity.

I'm not sure where the personal stabs are coming from you @flowingwater I in no way demonstrated anger at all towards him. Everything was calm and collected as he watched football and I cooked. That's all I wanted and to spend time together. Instead he kept talking about everything that bums him out on the holidays whereas I'm trying to make his holiday memorable and something positive to think about....
And I don't know if you picked up on the sarcasm of me saying "best thanksgiving ever" it was not. Hence why I said it.
My frustrations also stem from dating an Aqua- on and off - for 3 years. It's the same thing with him. He'd rather go to a bar and drink himself silly then to deal with his problems.

This Aqua LITERALLY left on his own accord. He TOLD ME he was just going to leave because he felt he was being such a downer. I said to him " do whatever you need to do" and he apologized -I said it was fine- and he left.

He texted me this morning and said he thinks he had an anxiety attack yesterday.

So jump off your high horse of accusations about me and my intentions because i didn't litter my dialogue with sugar and sprinkles when explaining what happened.

I asked a general question and you made it a personal attack on my character.

Sounds to me that aqua wanted to open up to you, to share his thoughts and feelings and you didn't want any part of it. You weren't willing to listen, so why stay where you're not being accepted for who you are.

I have many Sag friends.

Sometimes I really need to express my thoughts, it's not putting anyone down but just how I feel. And yeah I do understand it does put people down because it sounds depressing as fuck when they ask me what I'm feeling. Sometimes I don't bother and switch it off, other times I can't. Especially when I try to reach out and next second I'm bombarded with their bad day.

Don't get me wrong, the fun part is what I love, it reminds me not all things have to be gloomy or deep but Aquarius (or maybe just me) really love to dissect a situation, a feeling, or whatever.

Also it'll definitely depend on the Aquarius. I tend to see if other people are in the mood for my rants, other times I literally just shut it off. Besides I love family gatherings, no time to think about depressing shit then.

I have 2 very close Sag with leeb moon friends.

With them it's a lot easier as they tend to process what what I'm vomiting verbally but I don't ever think they full process it because they genuinely dislike feeling uneasy. They both also understand when I close up it's because I need to think over the situation. When I tell them "nope, no fart jokes, I just want a hug" they give me a hug and go off doing their thing.

When they need that support, we go out and do something, no matter how tired I am or uninterested in what it actually is. Sounds mean but hey they know I don't like whatever it is but I'm there anyway and we have a good time laughing about mundane stuff.

Talk to him. Break down that wall if this friendship means a lot to you.

I agree. I read this on the web when I once was checking it for me and Aqua guy. They even recommended that Cancer would be a better match than Sagittarius for Aqua guys.

Maybe she has her Scorpio placements on the wrong places. On the other hand Aqua and Scorpio (fixedies) are predestined for side fights.

you need to spend more time around cancers and pisces. You may need them a bit more even more than other aquas.

In my mind the ideal aquarius has a cancer moon. Aquarius sun and cancer moon is very sexy being. Balanced and well rounded. The ultimate humanitarian with a good heart that buffers against the inflated ego of aquarius. Such a individual will be truly worthy of being called a "humanitarian".

I can like both rugged and also clean cut lol But if it clicks, it clicks. I do prefer darker hair on guys and yes i'm a heightest.i do prefer 6 feet or taller, but is not an end all be all.

i like grounded, down to earth types. Soeone who is real about who they are, so knows WTF they want lol Someone that can hold a indepth conversation, someone that can stimulate me mentally and vs versa. Meeting of the minds. Also someone who is super witty, laughing is a must. Someone had a thread a month or so back talking about this stuff. Let me see if i can find it...
