how are cancer men....

At the beginning of the courtship phase? Do they go silent and pull back if they sense you are really attracted to them? Why is that? Do they prefer younger women? The cute kind or hot kind?
Anything else anyone wants to add please do...I'm just curious :-)

At least you're getting something, even if it's just a peanut shell! lol I've not heard a word in over 2 weeks again (3rd time of reaching out), so I gave up. Although I know if I message, he'll respond. . he always does! So no idea what game he's playing but I'm not into it!

So he told them text him and he replies but never inniaties? I think he only wants to be friends, or he's going through something so he can't take it up a level or keep dating you.

Much of this depends on his Venus, but in the beginning you rarely see a Cancer as they truly are because we adapt to the people we like by becoming who we think you want us to be. Cancer men on the hunt are sweet, charming, and attentive. There's little they won't do to get you. Once they do get you, though, and they are sure you're not going anywhere, all the romantic things he did in the beginning will simmer down. This isn't because he no longer cares, but because he no longer feels he needs to win your affection because he already has it. Once the hunter catches his prey, the excitement of the hunt dies.

This is true. A lot of it depends on the specific cancerian which is why I couldn't give you a better answer, britneybabe26.

This varies greatly. There really is no one answer, I'm sorry.

They chase hard and they like young naive girls that are easily gullible. So they can mess around without you having the slightest idea.

Wow I might be the victim of this :-/

I've heard they like older, nurturing women.

The one I talk to seems to - because I'm older, and we've been talking on and off for nine months.. just recently he popped up again. Another Cancer man I met online said the same. Young is for fun, but they fall for older.

Doesn't mean that's all or even half of them; could be just the actual two that I've encountered in my life.

@moonchild I couldn't agree more because that's what happen to me and my cancer guy. So once the hunter catches his prey the excitement dies than what?! He backed up and stop contacting me. Is he done with me? I feel used like everything was a lie.

I dont think looks really matter. If you have a good cancer on your hands he will crave your heart and not just looks.
Also being cute or hot doesnt attract good humble men it attracts ego, lustful, physical and materialistic men.

You won't believe how uncommon finding a woman with a good heart can be.
Some of the testing comments you see in the Cancer men threads are often an effort to see what is behind the mask people so often wear.
