there is nothing wrong with expressing emotions but alot of people think they should spill every single emotion out right then and there without internalizing it and examining it, some people never internalize and decipher if there emotions are valid or something they made up out of there own fears and insecurities.
I agree that there are people that show no emotion at all, ever...which isn't healthy either...its about finding a balance.

Most ladies that I talk to really don't know what the hell they want. It's all good the first month or two, and as soon as one of their girls that probably like me comes and run her mouth off puttin lies in her head then all of a sudden I'm the enemy. So I ask her, "you runnin your mouth off like I really did what your friends say, then what's the next step? What are you going to do about what you 'believe' I did?" Then it's like, "Oh, well you can leave me if you want to but if you are cheating on me then I don't want you around me." WHAT?! I'm the criminal, but YOU'RE giving me the choice to judge myself? Apparently, all that talk was nuthin but big BS that really wasn't necessary! If you wanna come to me wit some drama, then you'd better be ready for action also cuz I ain't the type to finish things through talking without action.
I heard plenty of things about my women from my friends all the time and I NEVER broke my trust with her. If I ever feel as though she's cheating, I'll ask her and if her answer is 'no', then I won't bring it up. If she is, then there will be a discussion on how we can deal with this situation. Erratic behavior is only going to make things worse, expecially if your facts isn't straight. To most of you ladies out there (sheesh men too), WATCH WHAT YOU SAY AND DO, BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE WON'T FORGET IT!!!!
