He said pissing me off.. confusing!!

So my aqua man last week poured his heart out to me and cried and said he loves me and I'm the most precious woman he's had feelings for and I deserve better but he won't let me go because he loves me etc.. things were going great, I spent the night at his place where he again said he's head over heels in love with me but sometimes holds back and all that stuff. He gave me a massage, poured out his feelings and was very good to me. Then, this week we were texting and he was complaining he never has free time because he always has his kids. I said you should go fishing with your buddies again so you have some time off. He immediately said yeah maybe I'll go friday and come back Sunday. Immediately, he made plans and didn't tell me where he was going or with who.. Today he barely texted me and we talked about his kids being sick and he hasn't responded to my text since 1.. I called him after work but his phone rang once and busy dial tone came on and he hasn't called me. We had said we will try to talk on the phone atlas east once a day so we keep eachother updated. Should I bring this up when he is back? Why is he doing this when just a week ago he was crying to me confessing his love? I know he's madly in love with me. But wtffffff

We work together so we see eachother often. And he's really stressed out bc of his 3 kids who tore him out so I know he needed to get away and he loves fishing on his boat! So I was givin him a break /:

Nooo don’t bring it back up. Give him space. Let him come back on his own. He definitely will if he meant what he said about loving you. This strategy worked with my aqua when he was distant due to work obligations.

Aqua and consistency don't really go well together. From an earth sign point of view he may not give you the safety and the security that you need and may drive you mental for a while untill you literally learn to live with it and go with the flow. Took me sometime but I'm over it by now lol
