What causes heatwaves and how to stay safe
Heatwaves occur when high-pressure systems trap hot air over regions, leading to extreme temperatures. I just grabbed my nuts to see how hot that would be. You know as a point of reference. I've got to say, that's pretty hot.

Kind of selfish of your friend not letting you pick where to go though seeing as you were the main person orchestrating all of it. Especially in that kind of weather. Next time just drive them somewhere you want to go and see how they handle it. It'll be pretty funny.

Got any advice for keeping cool? I don't want to crank up the AC because I want to be environmentally conscious but at the same time I don't want to bake like a potato either. I thought about taking an ice bath but that's only good for injuries and I don't have enough ice.

Really? Damnit! I really wanted to eat some soap. Think about it. You're taking a shower and then you get hungry then you realize your soap is edible. Problem solved. Doesn't taste as bad as lipstick does it? I've eaten lipstick by accident on several occasions.
Hahahaha! Well why do thy have to make some of them taste so damn good. See I want to know what things people use to wash themselves that are edible. That way I could stock up on them and could eat anything and everything I wanted during any situation.

Salty food is great for this season Van Holsten pickles are perfect y'know the salt crave, another great thing are yellow lemons I cut them up add red chilli power and salt > lots of it and soak them in white vinegar its delicious!
About yellow lemons cut them the way oranges are cut but cut the pieces one more time horizontally cos the skin is tough and this helps the lemons ferment better in the white vinegar.
Van Holsten's Hot Mama is a great treat its spicy I just had one > the gas will have it and you can even sip on some of the salty ferment that comes along with the pickle > if you are on the road you might wanna keep a pair of scissors as the packaging is tough. I prefer Ethiopian but you can do some Indian or Ethiopian take Ethiopian take out is great! you can get it in both chicken and goat delicious they serve a lot so you can use it for about three days about 10 bucks Wat and Injera.

Funny story. Yesterday the whole gang went down to the beach to cool off and have a barbecue. Midway through the night us guys started to light shit on fire and put on a fireworks extravaganza. We were shooting each other with roman candles and it was hilarious. All the girls were saying how all of us guys were idiots for doing crazy shit but hey it was fuckin' fun! A coupe of us got some minor burns but it wasn't anything a surprise dunking into the water couldn't help. After that we went to the batting cages and a couple of us, namely myself and another dude, took a couple of fastballs to the stomach. I love being an idiot.
ohh hell no........today was bad........I cleaning my room......cause I hadn't done in it in a while (dust accumulation) and well the room was like a freaking sauna.....I was sweating bullets and decided to put my AC in at that moment.......it was soo humid that my tile floor was wet.....I said to myself this is not right lol!
Ahhh another scorching hot day, and I can't believe that it is a little over past 8pm, and the sun is still out here in NY. What a long day. 🙂
90s around here. It sucks. Fuck summer. I only got an hour of light sleep because I couldn't sleep this morning due to heat. Had to sleep in my basement which lukily is cool. Can't have AC because it blows my houses' fuses every time. Gah.

Yeah, I'm good. I mean, it's normal for people to go through a "I Hate The World" phase right? IT IS FUCKING HOT TODAY! Holy crap I woke up today and wow I was literally glued to the couch. How's the weather in your area? I really need to get a better ac system for this place. It was pretty funny because one of my roommates was giving himself a Mexican shower in the kitchen. It;s just going to keep getting worse now since the region I live in is shaped like a bowl and I'm downtown... I love this weather but damn why must it be so hot. On the bright side more reason to carry a water bottle while walking around shirtless.
