Yeah I saw that question to Haffo, I did not understand how that fit into the context of the post, I asked Haffo but we were talking about his family so, kind of helped to know what culture it was we were talking about. I don?t think he ponders, I think that is the problem, he should ponder more, he just spits stuff on the screen without much thought to it. I've never owned a japanese car, but I have a bmw now. I can say it's the highest quality car I've ever owned- and they have their bases covered... performance/customer service/car care... but then again, I've only owned it for a few months.

I thought about getting the benz first.. but the base MSRP was ridiculous.. and almost NOTHING came standard...you pay out the ying yang for accessories and forget it if you want a standard transmission and you live in the US(because all we want are automatics.. NOT).. at the end of the day, wasn't enough bang for my buck.

Also, you can go beyond 300, it's just harder to see the last post.

Yeah, they really don't make cars for people over 6 feet tall. People complain I have a car that ruins the enviornment (they all do) I tell them, make a car that I can fit in with good mileage and I'll buy it! I don't like paying $ 50 plus to fill up.

ALL CARS RUIN THE ENVIRONMENT. but i understand your position and i dont waht kind BMW those people drive but they can get around the back woods if you what your doing and i dont mean the X series SUVs just the plain jane BMWs.

we took my friends F150 to the Sault St. Marie backwoods and it handles pretty well though we killed a few tress and destroyed beautiful nature we got around pretty well i must say.

Probably not. I mean.. the body style isn't much different from the 3 series.. (but ooooooh those cars drive soooo smooth)- but the accessories that I got with my 3 series come standard with the 5 series...

i was commenting on the design of the new 5 series beacause i know some older folks who hate the design. but its pretty evident the older folks will die off in their Benzs and BMW is comcentraing on a younger audience

The new 3 series and 5 series have the same design. They narrowed out the headlights so the bmw doesn't have that "bug-eyed" look anymore. I personally like it.
