Question 4 The Know-It-Alls

Supposedly... 😉 Anyway, what you do you guys consider ChEaTiNg to be? Where is the line drawn? Specifically, would you consider freak* dancing to be a form of cHeAtInG?



* a form of dancing which consists of rubbing ones body (in a sexual manner) with anothers/others - for the older folk in here 🙂

For me, cheating is looking for intimacy that is outside the confines of the relationship-- which may or may not include sexual gratification. Sometimes a cheating "heart" begins with the mind before it ever starts with the body. Although I would probably be jealous if the person I was dating was dancing explicitly with someone else... I don't think it's cheating. At best, I'd probably find it disrespectful, and wonder about the value of the relationship.

if it was an old m8 then i might be ok about it... but if it was a total stranger i might start to get a bit jealous.. but cheat might be gonig too far i guess.. its a ahrd one lol

It's a toughie alright. Technically no I don't think it would be cheating especially if I'm on the dance floor while this dirty dance is going on. But personally I would be upset to see this and feel intimidated by the woman who felt it was ok to do it with my bloke and insecure that my bloke felt it was ok to rub his body against another woman's without sussing if I was ok about it. But also it would depend on the guy's personality. Like if my man is a messer and a flirt with every woman all in a frivolous manner and is a bit of a show-off then this would also mean I wouldn't be too taken aback by it on the dancefloor but if my man was a shy or reserved type and was eyeing this woman and feeling her up right under my nose then I'd be p1ssed off with him and probably tell him so.

Incidentally I have mentioned that I keep watching Along Came Polly again and again because it has Ben Stiller in it. Well there is this secene where Polly (played by Jennifer Anniston) takes Reuben (Ben Stiller) to a Salsa club and proceeds to do a "dirty" dance with this hot Cuban guy (who is actually gay but Reuben doesn't know this) and Reuben is upset and intimidated by their and nearly walks out of the club in protest!
