When my last roommate owed me $ 600 in past due rent, he said he was gonna move all his stuff out. I walked into his room where he was and told him that I'm pawning his 52in LCD TV for the money. At this point, I'm assuming that he thinks I'm bullshiting him.

Me: You haven't paid me rent in two months. I'm pawning your TV for the money.
