Somehow I feel this song describes an Aquarius-the hot and cold I mean.I'm experiencimg this with my aqua,pretty indecisive,that's what Beiber says-

And
'First you wanna go to the left and you want to turn right
Wanna argue all day, making love all night.'
That's just how I feel when he's going hot and cold.I also feel it's pretty much the theme of most aqua related questions on this board.
