Do you say whuteva when you have nothing else to say to somebody?

i use that word, when i disagree with someone

i use it when someone is not listening to my point of view....

I use it when I think the person is an idiot.

i use it when i dont want to listen to you anymore....change the subject....leave me alone...etc

thats exactly how i use my 'WATEVA' 😛.. when i just agree to disgaree with someone but wanna be polite i just say ' Whateva' 😛😛😛
