Aqua woman confused on non bf Aries man

I’m 31 he’s 34 , I have known him since I was 17, used to date a friend of his that’s how I met him and he slept with 2 of my friends while I was dating his friend.

When we broke up, 2 yrs later he and I ended up hanging out, he actually love bombed me saying he has been in love with me this whole time, etc mean while he was with his long time gf of 4 years. During our time hanging out we never slept tg, we talked about it when we hung out and even attempted but I actually never showed up. Ok so we did this for a while , I was dating he was still with his gf while seeing me no sex tho, I ended up moving to NYC for 5 years, we didn’t keep in touch much, I remember one time he had work in NYC we somewhat discussed meeting up but again I never came

so now 6 years later , I am back south living about 1 hour away from him. I noticed he always looks at my Stories on Facebook. But never speaks

I responded to one of our old messages from 4 years ago where he had said “I know you want me and I want you so let’s just do this” saying “I’m ready now”

He responded something and then asked if I lived __ now? I said yes

And he stopped responding ,

I wrote him about 2 other times and he does not respond.

I went to sale at farmers market where he lives and i asked if he would like to meet

No response

Still watches my stories tho..

so what’s going on here — Is he doing this on purpose? Clearly I can’t keep pushing..

Is this an Aries behavior?? I have dealt with an Aries before I definitely feel they r tit for tat

He is no longer with that gf he was w they are actually divorced now with a 8 year old
