It's just how you look at it, really. Aries wants, and usually does, get the ball rolling, the initiator, but, they don't normally finish every task. It would depend on what you are wanting them to do. One thing I've noticed in the Aries I know, they have a really good work ethic and that would suggest that they are reliable.

Personally I'd say it depends on the individual person and if he chooses to be reliable or not. I know with me, I will not do anything that I do not want to do but when I want to do something - well then, full speed ahead and I WILL achieve my goal.

What I think happens with some people is they are "yessers" meaning they can be quite uncomfortable with saying "no" to someone when asked to do something - when they realize they are in a situation that is not true to themselves, then.....they leave. Perhaps the lesson is learning to honor oneself and making choices to do what you love and enjoy and this might = reliability.
