I'll start.
Today at Starbucks I was chatting with the guy next to me about work and jobs. Fast forward 15 min later and I'm getting ready to leave. He says, "wait! Sometimes god speaks through me." Me- umm ok. Dude, "god wanted me to tell you.." And went on a 5 min ramble on how I'm wonderful and loved.
Plus side, he didn't tell me that I'm a harlot and going to hell.
Also, the virgo is still being pretty wonderful. *sigh* l'amour.
The cooler weather means more outdoor exercise for this aries.

People are morons. It's always easy to judge someone else, and people often judge what they don't understand. I'd say ignore it, but I'd be pretty unhappy about a 'friend' telling a love interest things like that. I hope that your aries moon didn't take it to heart and understands it was just gossip.

My car's stay in the shop extended yet ANOTHER day. My mechanic is awesome, and he's doing me a huuge favor in what he's working on, but I'm still a bit irritated that he didn't get things started on it sooner. I wouldn't have dropped it off when I did and I wouldn't have had my rental unnecessarily. I dropped it off last Tuesday and he didn't get to working on it til the weekend, so now I've had to extend my rental twice. I'm glad he's helping, and I got a killer rate on my rental, but it's still a tad frustrating.
And then getting any shit done within the medical field is always at a crawl when it's one office communicating with another that aren't in the same system/network. It's annoying when an authorization takes 2 weeks to get situated with the requested provider. WHY the referring doc didn't send that information to the requested provider initially is beyond me. I call the requested provider about it and they have nothing, so I've had to play middle man and tell the referring doc who to send the proper information to.
MEANWHILE I CAN'T GET THIS APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE THIS WEEK.

The rest of my day continued to be stupid.
Work was slow. Walked with 18 dollars, which is lame. 18 DOLLARS. Nevermind that the few measly tables that I had were fucking assholes and cheap. Ironically enough, my last table was the coolest and left me a fat tip. had it not been for them, I would have barely walked with anything (read: almost all my tips would have gone to tip out).
Then, my mom was having one of her mood swing/memory issue moments, so THAT was fun to deal with. It's maddening trying to reason with someone who can't remember shit and then they get offended and think you're lying to them when you try to explain wtf happened. Her memory is such a mess atm that she hasn't been taking her meds. In typical Libra fashion, she's upset/embarrassed she did something wrong and starts lying to cover up that she screwed up. Then she blames me for "confusing" her. Okay woman who thinks it's Monday, again, when it's really Wednesday. I try to be patient, but when she gets all mood swingy/belligerent and flat out rude/mean, it's hard for me to bite my tongue, tbh.
Chocolate was the remedy for now. And some hard cider.
I'd also like to add getting laid to the mix, but my new birth control is fucking up my period like no one's business. Sorry, tmi, but seriously, it's also adding to my pissy mood. GO AWAY DAMMIT. I got spoiled on my old birth control.😢

Management? Oh HELL NO. Management should never get tipped. If this is happening, they need to be reported asap. We only tip out bar, bussers, and food runners. I'd shoot myself if I had to tip out the hostesses. That's some bs right there.
And thank god I don't work in a state that implements the federal tipped wage. I have no idea why that rate still exists. It needs to change.

He's very subtle and slowly drawing me in closer.. I just started to notice it.
I mentioned it to a guy friend and he laughed. "Well he's obviously trying to long game you". Me: "Huh, what do you mean?" Him: " he's known you a long time.. He's easing you into things and you don't even notice! He's in it for the long haul, silly girl".

So... I think I'm basically dropping my Scorp friend. I just have no more tolerance for such an individual, tbh.
I always had a hunch about his user/back stabbing personality, but it was never an issue with me since we got along fine. We'd hang out a lot and all that usual stuff friends do. But then he got a boyfriend and suddenly he couldn't be bothered- with me or any of our mutual friends.
I quickly noticed that the only times I heard from him was when he wanted something. I was going through and deleting old texts and skimmed through his thread and within the last year, that's all the communication was from him- "can you do this for me? can you do that for me? when are you available to help me?" Nevermind he'd relegated me to something pretty shitty when I helped with his shows. Nevermind that he started talking to me like I was an idiot. I could ignore it for awhile initially, but at this point, I was quite tired of it.
We normally carpool to his shows, but since he'd gotten the bf, he didn't want to bother driving me back, so he automatically would pawn me off on the mutual friends. They didn't mind, but all of us were growing tired of him assuming that they'd just do it so he could go spend the night with the bf. It basically felt like "okay, I got what I need from you, go find a way to get home." Recently, I drove myself and he started acting like some crazy bitch, acting like I wouldn't know where to go, that I'd be late, like I was some clueless moron that didn't know how to get myself around in my car. Not only was I on time, but he'd lied to me about when things started so I was there INCREDIBLY early. ...Because I like getting out of work to rush home, get all dolled up, and rush to the venue. Thanks...

not saying that all scorp people are bad, but I experienced something similar. This scorp woman who would only call me when she wanted something, it hurt me a lot. She would constantly borrow money, and had this sense of entitlement.

Thank god for tab recovery. This is the second half of it.
Recently, someone in the group mentioned group plans coming up in November. We talked about it briefly, and I was interested in going. When nobody brought it up further (the Scorp was the one planning the whole thing), and the Scorp was posting pics of the event tickets, I knew something was up. I noticed that the number of tix was... interesting. Hmm.
I casually bring up the plans and I ask about the tickets- should I get my own or could I buy one off of him since he had some? He proceeds to tell me all of those are sold, and lies about where he got them.
...just the lying alone told me a lot about the situation. He bought those tickets for everyone else but me, then finds the cheapest being sold at AAA and that he got them there. So they had no intention of including me.
ooookay, I'm pretty much getting fed up with this bullshit. I was already growing tired of it now, but I'm now at the point where I'm doing something about it.
This last weekend, we had a pumpkin carving party (planned prior to the ticket fiasco). My car was in the shop and supposed to be done by the day of the party. It wasn't. I could get to the party, but wasn't sure if I could get home or not. I sent him a text, telling him the bind I was in and would he mind helping me out if I needed a ride home? I hated asking but this was a last minute issue.
"Ask so and so to do it. If they can't, then I will."
...
Eff this noise. I managed to get a ride home without any of their help. I didn't want to bother at that point.
The lol part is that he hits me up today, asking me if I can help him with a show on Saturday. It's uber last minute (we usually set things up weeks in advance). No, sorry. I'm done.
I am just absolutely amazed that he goes around treating people like this, won't bother helping because he's so self centered when he's in a relationship (life revolves around the current guy he's with), and then expects me to continue to help him despite his shitty ass treatment?

Haha, sorry. It's kinda obvious that he is. He produces shows in Hollywood, so it's a given. I just was so annoyed that he felt he had to talk to me like some clueless idiot in how to get to a venue on time. I've only been to that specific venue quite often since it was near a spot my family visits during the holidays.
I also get a little annoyed that he has the audacity to talk down to me when he's not exactly the most intelligent person in the world. It's like really, you're going to talk down to me about stupid, common sense stuff? Stfu, gawd.

Sounds like my Aqua "friend". This part. When in a relationship she vanishes 99% of the time. When the relationship ends she comes looking for me. There was a time when I only saw her twice in 3 years when she was in a relationship...when that ended she came looking for me to hang out with.

Apparently he does this as well. Our mutual friends that know him says he's prone to this as well. People like this need to realize that they're burning bridges by doing this. "You're not good enough when I'm in a relationship, but when I'm single, I'll give you the time of day again." Don't be shocked when your friends aren't around when your relationship falls to pieces.

Rocky I get the feeling that you're nervous about speaking up because I've seen you post about various situations where you keep things inside.
It would be great if you could find a way to vent and unleash constructively irl to the people who treat you less than nicely.

I'm not nervous about anything.
I just don't want to rip them to shreds because that's what'll happen if I let loose. He thinks he's the master of rude and bitchy, but I don't think he realizes how brutal I can be when I'm pissed. I could easily top him in ripping people to shreds. And in typical Aries fashion, I only really feel like addressing problems when I'm pissed. When I'm not, I'm whatever about it and don't care because it's no longer an issue at that moment.
With this guy, I just kept quiet initially because I didn't really care at first, and the crap that I did see, I felt it wasn't worth bringing up and having his shitty behavior unleashed on me for speaking my mind.
At this point, I really don't feel it's worth bringing up because of how he is and how he handles shit. I saw what he did to our friend with a cancer scare- things kinda blew up because of his treatment toward her and her husband prior. He snubbed them, wasn't there for her at all during her cancer scare, and when they talked it out, he pretended to understand, but continued to snub them/speak badly of them. ...when all they did was "would you stop treating us like shit??"
He snubbed them because he was mad that they bailed on his show- because they were pissed with his treatment of them. But they're awful, terrible people for flaking on him!! It doesn't take much for him to snub someone, he's so fucking juvenile and fickle.
That said, I don't have time for that type of drama and shit in my life. It's not worth hashing out and I'm sure he won't even notice when I step back anyway. Why am I going to try to sort things out with an individual who has such a ridiculous track record with friends and easily tosses me aside like he does, only to seek me out when he WANTS something. Why would I want to salvage a situation like that?

Been 5 years of awesome sleep since a 13 year old friendship ended in one case an a 12 year old in another. I only think about them when I run across posts like this one 😛

The car thing happened long after the ticket issue. It wasn't him being catty in that sense.
In fact, I'm not even sure how you read that because my not having a car to get home from his party had nothing to do with the ticket issue or anything he needed from me. :/
As for the rest- yeah I agree. When you know what someone's personality is like, you just know whether talking it out or just dropping them is the solution. Unfortunately with this guy, I don't think talking to him about it will do anything that won't bite me in the ass, no matter how I approach it.

My bad on the timing RRI, I thought the sequence of events was the other way around. Just seems like he does different things that are all about him and in either order like one thing he will not do is put you or anyone else ahead of him.
