Aries man distant

When we met 3 months ago, I was literally just out of a long term relationship and he wasn't looking for anything serious either. We went out to different places together and talked on the phone for hours.
We're having some of the best sex of our lives, I'm a Scorpio so that's apparently a great match for passion. He said the sex is very passionate and is getting better and better.
Then like 10 days ago we had a discussion and I don't remember how exactly it came up but he said we weren't really fuck buddies so what would we call us? I said we're clearly friends with benefits and that after the sex has died we should always stay friends. He said he agrees and then joked that I will be the one to end it because I have a short attention span. (not true though)
Ever since that day, all of our meet ups have been strictly sex and he doesn't say as much. The first two times I didn't mind. We hung out at his house and watched videos or listened to music and had a couple drinks. Then after last night I'm actually annoyed? I will suggest a place to go to next time though.
Otherwise it really is like we're just fuck buddies. is it possible because I said I see us as friends with benefits he has pulled away? or is he so into the sex that's all he wants to do?

And I'm definitely not trying to tie him into a relationship. Two weeks ago I told him my plan is to go to NYC for college next year and maybe travel throughout Brazil for a couple months in the new year. So it's totally clear this isn't going to last forever.

Don't play games like that with an Aries man. I did something similar myself because I was fucktarded and then I was upset when I found out he was pursuing other people.
Big mistake and it is and will backfire in your face.

He clearly asked what I thought and I said so. I don't think that's playing games.
He never once said "hey i really like you more, maybe we can date properly?"
Also we promised to stay sexually exclusive. Last night some Kanye West song came on and he repeated the lyrics "don't you ever fuck nobody without telling me" into my face all serious.

Well ok then you can't expect him to go full emotions on you in a FWB situation. It's all or nothing like black and white. Either you're in a relationship or you're FWB.
The self-preservation instinct can be very strong in aries.


And ask yourself why anyone would give their heart and soul to a FWB situation. If those are the guidelines you set up, then be prepared for what is to follow.



Full on emotions? My point is not coming across clearly. I said he has CHANGED what I saw as friends with benefits. He's not acting like a damn friend anymore. I have friends, so I know what a friend is. He's acting like I'm a fuck buddy now. But whatever, clearly we're not gonna be friends when this is over because he doesn't wanna be friends anymore.

Yes I get it now.
A fuck buddy is someone you meet up to have sex with on occasion. And only talk to set up that meeting.
A friends with benefits is a friend you have sex with without emotional attachment.

Maybe he's catching feelings and is distancing himself because he doesn't want to catch feelings. That's what I did in my FWB situation.
