You won't get very specific answers by looking just at a sun sign. Take a look at venus, mars, moon and the houses they are.

Physically - I have lots of things I like, but none of them really make a difference if the person is interesting and clicks with me. I like fringes, freckles, uncommon hair colors. Not a fan of piercings or blonde hair.

Character etc. - I love extroverts, can't seem to work with shy girls. Also hate people that try to make me change. Do your thing, I'll do mine and support you any way I can.
