Aries Men with Virgo moon

What would have helped you out the most in life to learn at an early age?

I have a young son who is an Aries with a Virgo moon and I'm overwhelmed by his existentialism and his penchant for being really hard on himself. He's a total perfectionist which is hard to manage in an 8 year old. Trying to teach him self acceptance and how to use deep breathing to calm himself and to just accept he cant control everything is a daily energy drain.

If any of you have any insights into what would have helped you most to learn at a young age I am listening!

He is an introvert and definitely needs his time alone. I watch the neighborhood kids after everyone gets home from school because all the other mothers work outside of the home and he HATES everyone coming over after school because he doesnt get his down time.

I havent gotten very far with him and feelings. He just always says he doesnt know. Doesnt know why hes crying. Doesnt know why hes mad. That aries sun tho makes his anger pretty intense. I have at least gotten him to stop destroying his lego creations when hes mad because he always instantly regrets it.

His half brother was a virgo - and took his own life this summer.

I am really scared of those virgo emotions taking him down. I want to do all I can to teach him how to overcome the dark feels.
