aries women and aquarius men

some people say aries would become frustrated with their aloofness...is this a proven fact?

My thought on this is...it can be very frustrating for anyone to be around someone who is aloof. It is because we cannot understand why that person would hold back, stay away or whatever "aloofness" means to each person. I also believe that once one understands that this is a characteristic of an Aquarian it is easier to not take that aloofness personally and therefore accept that person for who she/he is.

Yes, yes, yes....what Freebird says is so true for aquarians....never, ever, ever take their aloofness personally...in fact the more aloof we may appear, probably means that we think more of the person....I know from being aquarian that some people probalby think of me as being...the ice-maiden cometh!!! Even my own mother has called me a cold hearted...b.i.t.c.h. We appear aloof because we like to "appear" to be in control at all times of our emotions - aries people and say leos can gush forth so honestly and spontaneouly their true emotions....however to an aquarian to be asked to express his/her emotions on the spot is so so hard.....almost impossible.....if i tell you what I really feel, you may think I am weak - I must never be seen as weak that's the bottom line - weak means vulnerable, vulnerable means I can be hurt and I will never let you close enough to let you know that you have or could hurt me!!! - I wish it weren't the case....I wish I could collapse into puddles and show my true feelings at the drop of a hat but no, gotta keep that stiff upper lip at all times.....no hard feelings personally - it's not that we don't feel things - we feel them deeply - but we are not prepared to let anyone see this - only in the quiet of our bedrooms, in solitude and silence - then we can truly let the emotions well up and deal with them as best we can then. I have a great aries pal here where I work - she tells me her heart and soul on all areas of her life....she give out to me and is disappointed when she knows I am going through some bad stuff but there's no way I will share it with her....I always feel I am troubling others with my woes and they have more to be doing than listening to me....maybe it's an arrogant or independent stance - hope this helps you somewhat.

Alana, I am amazed because the Aquarian characteristics of not wanting to show weakness or vulnerability have been my characteristics as well all my life, and I am an Aries. But I do not share Aquarian arrogance or coldness. And Aprilbaby, anger does not come easily for me.

I'm with you on the not wanting to show weakness or vulnerability as I too am an Aries. However, when I do show that aspect of myself it is amazing how especially men react to me..it is almost like they immediately fall in love. I think they feel very special that I have let them into my inner world---which I do not do very often...perhaps it is my Cappy moon. I very rarely get angry...what's the point? This rooster does not like her feathers ruffled to often...well, that depends on what we mean by "ruffled" 🙂
