Who loves Aries men? me, me, me

Looking through some of these postings, I find that quite a few women find it very difficult to love a male Aries - saying they are self-centered and control freaks! But, you know - there is someone for everyone and personally, I like having someone to give myself to and they actually appreciate it. A control freak?

Oh yeah, I'm a Pisces - it makes sense that I would want someone who's not afraid to, I don't know - make a decision?

No one ever really "won" when we had arguments. There always just a struggle until one or the other said.. "fine! whatever you say!!!" ..but then walked away with your opinion firmly in your mind. The relationship was full of passionate and affectionate energy-- but so were the arguments.

I know my son (who is Scorpio) is married to an Aries and they both are very strong. Similiar to the A/A union in might and they are always bumping heads. But, you know what I've noticed with my daughter-in-law that I kind of admire - she's very forceful and stubborn, to say the least - but, she overcomes rather quickly and that's saying alot. Way too many people carry it around with them like a nasty virus and it eats away at them. But, she can let it go and forget about the angry heat without thinking vengeful thoughts. I've noticed this in other Aries. So, in the relationship you had, I can imagine that really wasn't too bad.

I would characterize some of arguments as being as gentle as getting a fully body rub-down with a cheese grater.

Even though we would get angry.. and then get over it quickly-- to have experience of the argument-- and then again.. and then again.. more you say?.. and then again... it wore on the heart.

I just love Aries . . . period (male, female, big, little, any race, religion - doesn't matter!

They are just so exciting and fun loving. Without them to put sparks under our bums to get us out there and explore wonderland, where would we be? At home, doing laundry that can wait until tomorrow or the next day.

i think the best thing about the aries male is their strong personality and i love having a man who is not afraid to bump heads with me, most men seem to be scared to offend me or to argue with me, im not really sure why they are but it seems all my past relationships have ended because i have a strong personality.

Angledevil, that was a nice compliment to say about the male ram as well as to all rams. I feel you on this one! The same happen's in Aries relationships. Some people are scared off because of our strong personalities as well and are afraid to get into a confrontation.

Thats one of the reasons i keep dating aries men plus i love the adventures and the free spirit and because i have a do anything once attitude, i find aries are the best for me. You're welcome callmemsram.

On that note angledevil...Why is it that I cannot get any closer to Mr.Scorpio to whom I have just an emotional connection with for the past 2 years— I find that we both are extremist...Would you believe he enjoys these traits as well? Or is it these traits that hold him up from expression as to how he really feels— I find that Scorpio woman are somewhat a like but I seem to understand you better??

I would also like to add!!! Even though they say an Aries and Scorpio union is quite difficult?? I think you would be great for an Aries man. He desires the love that you can give but hides it within his self only because he doesnt believe its possible. Im actually involved with an aries man , we've been together for 3 years, our connection was so strong the 1st time we saw each other, and he was the 1st to say how he felt about me, its crazy because everyone who knew us could see the conection but neither of us saw it, and i must admit i was drawn to him because of his imature nature and our love for each other is so intense and it hasn't let up at all over the years thank god!!
Now to your scorp.man, he maybe thinking you are too strong of a woman for him but i would think he would want a woman who wants to go out and do extrem things instead of sitting around the house doing nothing. Does he act shy or nervous or dont laugh afraid of you? I cant figure it out most scorps are all for going after what they want but he seems to keep himself at a distance. give more info on him.

Hey Angeldevil, the feeling is mutual...goooosshhh(smile) One of my good friends is a scorpio. She is married to Mr. Aquar.....Whenever she has to vent, she calls me. Since she knows I was once married to an Aquar, I tend to steer her away from confrontations with her man so that it will save her some grief down the road. She loves him with all her heart but sometimes becomes a little frantic because he really doesnt understand the depth of her love for him. He loves her too don't get me wrong. Scorpio and Aries woman are a like in some way's I think. When we love our men, we love our men!!! Because of our inner strengths as well, we probably can endure mush more than any of the other female signs without actually losing our minds. You know it's weird, I've never really dated a Scorpio- so I can't really speak on experience. I have had an on-going friends/love/friends again relationship with a fellow Ram.. and it keeps me on my toes. I will say that at his best, Mr.Aries was very affectionate, passionate and attentive. When we were together, he made me feel like #1. When I loved him back, I lost myself. The relationship felt like it was consuming who I was- and I felt a need to fight back.. does that make any sense?

STD you might have answered my question— I feel like I am losing myself and I don't want to fight back anymore. I need the experience to feel how lost in love one can feel. Is this crazy? I believe Mr. Scorpio in my life may be feeling this way towards me and maybe that is one of the reasons why we will not move forward. If this is the case, how could I convince him that it all good if we merge.....OMG the fireworks would be out of this world. i love aries too -- my bf is one and i adore him. girls who complain about aries guys just can't handle them! you have to be a little tough to put up with him sometimes, but in the end it's always worth it.

I hear ya. They are a handful, but worth it. Everybody wants to their lover to be appreciative of their affection and Aries just soaks it up like a sponge. They love it and if you love lavishing someone - he's your man. But, it goes further than that, much, much further. They are intellectual, thoughtful (most times), diplomatic and so many more things all wrapped up in one dilicious package.

Just have to grow a few more layers of skin and you're set to go!

So true. I really loved my Aries guy. Our "conversations" were borderline yelling matches and neither of us gave an inch. These epic blow-outs just make you feel like you are actually living. Not to mention, the make-up sex was AMAZING. To this day, I'm still very good friends with him even though we've said probably the worst things to each other. For all the heated confrontations we had, there was something very solid and stable about our relationship. Almost like we'd have our little temper tantrums and forget about it the next day.

The flip side of this is that you are essentially signing up for fights all day long...and no real change/progress because neither of us could admit the other was right. To this day, I think he would be better with a water sign or an earth sign...and I keep telling him this.

Exactly why I like Aries men. Honesty even if it is brutal. Aries guys could be trying his damnest to be getting into a chicks pants and even wehn she asks the age old question "do I look fat in this?" if she does he'll tell her she's a porker even at the risk of losing the kitty. LOL

Plus Aries guys are just so young at heart...even when they grow up and have serious jobs and serious responsibilities...you will always catch them getting into trouble, being impulsive, and just having a good time. Keeps everything fresh.

lol - it's your age, the ladies still want to impressed - they're not jaded with guys feeding them BS - when you get older, you appreciate a guy that gets to the point... but when girls are younger, you want a guy to do the dance, romance here and there, etc... this actually helps build some esteem, etc

Hahah I've only come to that conslusion after observing for MONTHS. At first I was always trying to figure out his motives but the more we went along the more I saw he told it like it was with no motives behind it. BUT for awhile I was REALLY suspicious of him and there is even a couple of times I out right accused him of it. That confuses the crap outta him when I do that. He's like "Huh?!?! I find this thread a little weird because, although I have dated several Aries guy and my present bf is an Aries guy ... none of them sound anything like the way you guys are describing them.

They are really honest, heart-on-the-sleeve people who are wonderful partners and know the meaning of the word compromise. None of the Aries I know have a mean bone in their bodies. If the most intense Aries I know, are actually very gentle and kind-hearted.

on the subject of Aries man, there is one event that still makes me giggle.

In one occasion, after a party, I went home in company of an Aries guy (25). We were simply going in the same direction, nothing romantic between us. He was someone I knew from before, he used to hang out with my brother. We chatted, laughed, made jokes...light convo. He was a bit drunk. He told me how fun I am and so cool and hot and blah blah... he was like a little boy who discovered a new candy and he wanted to taste it. RIGHT AWAY!

He started to hit on me. He was jumping around me, cycling me as I was walking on, saying: give a little kiss, just one little kiss, with that naughty boyish smile on his face. He was so intense in his attempt to kiss me, but I didn't want to. He was cute and the jumping thing made me laugh...never saw a guy do that.

Then he stood right in front of me when I was close to my home. One little kiss...he said again. I sad no. But in future, he said, you'll have to give me one little kiss. I said maybe I'll do that. He started to jump again saying yes yes yes, there is hope! and he jumped away.

Tomorrow he apologized saying that he couldn't cool himself down, how he was a little tipsy and horny etc...and promised how he won't do it again. I said so the little kiss hope is all gone? He was embarrassed, we laughed.
