Crying helps release emotional tension and reduces stress by lowering cortisol levels. It can also provide a sense of relief and emotional clarity. While it does not literally cleanse the soul, crying allows emotional processing and can improve mental well-being over time.
lol ^ same thing happened to me but it didn't make me feel better.
I Cried Once - I Still Felt Like S**t Afterwards Though 😢
I feel pretty emo @ the moment. Damn this Cancer rising.
Makes me too emotional. 😢
It depends .... if the release of tears causes shame then how can this be soul cleansing?
If the shedding of tears brought comfort and a sense of release for your anguish .. then it was good for your soul.
yea that happened to me few times, but only once in public, by far the worst day of my life emotionally that day i wish i was hit by the bus , it would hurt less
sometimes i squeeze few tears out but just enough to get my eyes moist, hardly ever the waterworks
but when i get like this, it doesnt really makes me feel better, actually it chocks me, i hate it i feel weak , so after a while i get angry at my self and say SCREW this! and i get better like that
Great way to deal with it class-act-aries :-)
Allow yourself to cry...we spend too much time "doing"...just because it doesn't seem like action doesn't mean it isn't worth your time.
And as i said in another thread somewhere
"the more you cry, the less you pee" 🙂
I had my ex-Sag bf cry when I left to Cali for good. Made me happy 🙂.

I was crying really hard the other day...it was just so much going on in one day i just broke down.....i hardly ever cry...but i did feel a little better afterwards....so my question is...does crying release a lot of stress?...Does it cleanse the soul?
