HELP!! Should I give up!!
Yes, Cancer guys are shy, sensitive, touchy-feely. Sometimes, I think, we Aries come on too strong without realizing it (yes, I'm male, but have sensed I may have been over-the-top more than I intended a time or two or three or. . .). LET him sense you more, get to know you and come to you. You Latinas are NATURALLY hot and to add the Aries fire to THAT— MUY caliente! (I can feel the temperature rising even as I type!).
What appears to the Aries as being confident within themselves, doesn't mean that others view you that way. For example, when I read what you wrote, my first impression was that you're stuck on yourself .. extremely concieted.
So, my point is .. he may see you this way as well .. just because you are into him and have made it known that you like him and the door is open .. doesn't mean that he is suppose to respond accordingly, which you think he should do, because to quote you, "im a great looking girl. Im outgoing and very nice and very giving. Love to be social".
I'm not doubting that you are all those things .. I don't even know you. My point is, this is how you view yourself and now because of these things, you can't understand why he isn't desiring you .. as I said, maybe he thinks you are full of yourself.

Why exactly do you think he is intimidated by you? That would lead one to believe that you are instilling fear or a sense of inferiourity within him and are aware of it, for you said it .. then want to know why he isn't asking you out, though, you've made it clear that you want him.
