I'm 9th house stellium and I can't relate to a 9th Houser at all. I'm not into travelling. I'd much rather stay home and play on dxpnet instead.

Really? I've got a packed 9th house, and if I could travel the world with a backpack it would make my soul happy...
I have Mars in Scorpio in the 12th, there are quite a few of of 12th housers around here so I'm happy to see this thread. We need our own "safe place".

I dunno. I like to fantasize a lot and tend to like people who need to be saved or on the other hand, can save me.
I know sexually active people/nymphs, substance abusers, people with dark pasts, etc.
In a sense, they can be considered as unattractive but society. But I find it attractive or at least I'm drawn to them myself.

I open this topic so that we can connect and share our experiences of 12th house placements.
I have my moon , mercury and mars in my 12th house all in capricorn.
I have to admit i dropped off astrology in general after 3 years of being really interested and passionate about it and study every day cause i felt it was messing with my life quite a lot.
So i am around 5 months out of it and as i do others things , it pops in my head that my 12th placements must have a big impact on me.
So i search a bit and find this video.
And i am in shock of how accurate it is.
Everything said in this video for delaying emotional reaction , to avoidance, to use HYPERSENSITIVITY as an excuse which leads to lack of experience and emotional immaturity and being very much about the other realm is all things i do.
Tell me about you? Do you do that stuff?
the only time i cry OPENLY is when i watch a sad tragic movie or read a sad tragic book, even though i know it will be sad, i can't stop the tears.
there are other times i do openly too.

At times I love it, think it imparts a power that is invisible to me. For instance, nobody has ever come at me physically except my ex husband. I'm only 5'2", but I almost wish someone would try me because I think I could do some major damage. I'm not a violent person, don't even like killing spiders...just want to see how that mars energy would play out. And the only things in life that I'm afraid of are poisonous snakes or dying due to being tortured lol. I've been studying the 12th house the past 2 years, and learning to harness the confidence and will power it brings.
Don't want to go into the negative aspects, because there are plenty regardless of what placements or ruling planet is there...we've all experienced them.

It's a very simple way of life here.. slow, relaxed. Not likely the most exciting place for someone who is used to or enjoys the busy city life, it may get boring for someone who is used to that life style . Great place to come if you want to take it easy though.click to expand

i watch the war documentaries if it's not too long and boring. but yea i'm way too sensitive.
i was talking to my man about a film we're watching together and it was something about someone going into an area where it's super dangerous and they are trained soldiers, trained special ops types, and the character said, "i'm too scared to go in there,"
he was like, "You're supposed to be fucking bad ass!! you dont say that" (because why train for years as a special ops, ect military and then be a scaredy cat?) lmao
i laughed and said, "omg, dammit that's something i would say...does that mean i'm not a bad ass?" 😢
because wishful thinking, i imagine i am a bad ass like Selena in Underworld or Alice in Resident Evil or Buffy in Vampire slayer.
i love to fight against the evils! and act all bad ass. something i would definitely write about.
so yeah it only goes into my writing. sadly...

It's a very simple way of life here.. slow, relaxed. Not likely the most exciting place for someone who is used to or enjoys the busy city life, it may get boring for someone who is used to that life style . Great place to come if you want to take it easy though.

At first i want to say that i have never read natal astrology from a book.Its all from internet.
Also my experience is more from videos and articles and forum and less from real life interactions with others, although i analyze my friends natal charts.
I have analyze my chart a lot.Still could learn more things.
So i was in a chart in astro.com that show your planets coloured in a diagram and each one be in a diffrent percentage.
So i thought the planets that have more influence on me are Saturn (my chart ruler and a cap stellium) ,Mars ,Uranus,Neptune ,Jupiter
And like moon and sun being very low in influence which pissed me off.
My experience with 12th now.
I have my moon in cap there.I read moon in the 12th indicates a mother who is emotionally unavailable and also cap ( well cap happens to be her sun sign too).
Then with mercury in your 12th house you are probably introvert, keep your thoughts and emotions ( moon) to yourself.Dont speak when you want to.Have a vivid imagination.Can express better through writing or art.
And about Mars in 12th.
Mars is a dynamic planet and a warrior and does not feel really well inside of 12 house.
You may feel like caged.
You cant express your anger and thing anger is an inappropriate and unacceptable emotion , which belief was most possibly transferred to you by your parents.
You may keep adding anger till one day you blow up.Anger has to be expressed in an unharmful way and NOT respressed.
My mars is cap 17 and my Asc is cap 19 so it really between the two houses laying in 12th.That means that i probably express my cap mars and dont actually realise it that much.
To finish this post i have Neptune in Capricorn in my 1st house in conjuction with Venus.
Neptune in 1st obfuscates your vision and most importantly the image you have for yourself (Ascendant).Makes you highly sensitive to other people , their action and energy and highly tuned to sense and intake their energies.You can be quite artistic and see the world in a bit of illiusionary way.
Thats all my 12th and pisces placements pretty much.
And i search a lot about it cause my cap is you know practical and grounded and then this 12 messes it up and cause me distress.

So glad there is a thread for this, we are unique and empathetic and intuitive and sensitive people...
Yes to not being able to show not only anger, but emotions in general. I grew up in a house with two aquarian parents, they are the most emotionless people ever. So I was made to feel unusual for displaying any feelings. My pisces sister and I are so grateful for each other! Physical exercise is a good outlet for anger, as are sex, meditation and pilates/yoga.
The feeling like there is no belonging, I get that frequently like there is already one foot in the other world...
Another topic is music, how important is music in your lives? I don't know that I could function without it!!

Yes to not being able to show not only anger, but emotions in general. I grew up in a house with two aquarian parents, they are the most emotionless people ever. So I was made to feel unusual for displaying any feelings. My pisces sister and I are so grateful for each other! I have Sun square Neptune, Moon conjuct Neptune and Uranus conjuct Neptune ( to summarize ) and i have Moon, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and NN in the 12th and a Capricorn stellium
This planet is my second dominant, Pluto is my 1st
But i don't feel the same way as you do OP, this earth sign in this house keeps me grounded instead of messing up everything.
However, in the past, that was quite the opposite, and i admit, with my other placements, it can be rather tough sometimes, too much contradictoy energies.
I repress myself a lot too so i agree with @Jules-ll regarding physical exercise etc it's excellent, a good " stress reliever " so to speak, i practice dance a lot
And how important is music ? Oh god i think i would be dead if there wasn't any, books and music are my favorite pleasures in life
Right? I could care less about television and for the most part movies, but don't ever take away my music!!

My experience with 12 is pretty weird.
At first i want to say that i have never read natal astrology from a book.Its all from internet.
Also my experience is more from videos and articles and forum and less from real life interactions with others, although i analyze my friends natal charts.
I have analyze my chart a lot.Still could learn more things.
So i was in a chart in astro.com that show your planets coloured in a diagram and each one be in a diffrent percentage.
So i thought the planets that have more influence on me are Saturn (my chart ruler and a cap stellium) ,Mars ,Uranus,Neptune ,Jupiter
And like moon and sun being very low in influence which pissed me off.
My experience with 12th now.
I have my moon in cap there.I read moon in the 12th indicates a mother who is emotionally unavailable and also cap ( well cap happens to be her sun sign too).
Then with mercury in your 12th house you are probably introvert, keep your thoughts and emotions ( moon) to yourself.Dont speak when you want to.Have a vivid imagination.Can express better through writing or art.
And about Mars in 12th.
Mars is a dynamic planet and a warrior and does not feel really well inside of 12 house.
You may feel like caged.
You cant express your anger and thing anger is an inappropriate and unacceptable emotion , which belief was most possibly transferred to you by your parents.
You may keep adding anger till one day you blow up.Anger has to be expressed in an unharmful way and NOT respressed.
My mars is cap 17 and my Asc is cap 19 so it really between the two houses laying in 12th.That means that i probably express my cap mars and dont actually realise it that much.
To finish this post i have Neptune in Capricorn in my 1st house in conjuction with Venus.
Neptune in 1st obfuscates your vision and most importantly the image you have for yourself (Ascendant).Makes you highly sensitive to other people , their action and energy and highly tuned to sense and intake their energies.You can be quite artistic and see the world in a bit of illiusionary way.
Thats all my 12th and pisces placements pretty much.
And i search a lot about it cause my cap is you know practical and grounded and then this 12 messes it up and cause me distress.

I have. mom is aqua w/leo moon, dad is aqua w/aries moon. My only brother passed away unexpectedly 4 weeks ago, I was holding his hand in the ICU as his heart stopped. My mother didn't shed a tear, didn't get up, hold his hand, touch him at all. That's fucking cold to watch your first born child pass away without crying. It could have been a complete stranger in the room and I would have cried. Later one of my sisters (also aqua) said to me "you're really taking this hard aren't you?" Uh yeah, I watched my only brother die a few hours ago, I am definitely taking it hard. wtf?
I sense Cancer/4th house in you, you post a lot about family and home.

that is very cold. i find it disturbing that people dont love their children deeply. my condolences.
you have alot of aquas in your family. i dont cry for strangers though, but i feel sad for the families that lose them, because i know how that feels. like what happened in Las Vegas shooting a few weeks back, it's very tragic and i feel really sad for the families that lost loved ones. when it's my family, and loved ones i'm very attached. i dont know ..in films and reading stories that are tragic i am deeply effected, and it's live i'm living through them vicariously and i understand deeply..that moves me. I need to be moved, be effected, to FEEL....
that's why i need to FEEL love in order to be with someone.
yeah i guess you're right about that. My family is like my whole life, extended family too. they mean alot for me, all the way to my grandparents.

My whole life I've been wondering why I attract so many Scorpio and Cancers. I thought it was my 8th house moon.... But perhaps not. Does this placement really create a Scorpio like personality? Makes a lot of sense to me. I've been lost on this for awhil

I open this topic so that we can connect and share our experiences of 12th house placements.
I have my moon , mercury and mars in my 12th house all in capricorn.
I have to admit i dropped off astrology in general after 3 years of being really interested and passionate about it and study every day cause i felt it was messing with my life quite a lot.
So i am around 5 months out of it and as i do others things , it pops in my head that my 12th placements must have a big impact on me.
So i search a bit and find this video.
And i am in shock of how accurate it is.
