Now I understand why I run away from people whom I help. Not only because of Venus in Sag, Moon in Pisces or Stellium in the 1st house. But also because of the fear of co-dependecy. What when they come with a new problem and I cannot help them? Who will feel powerless then? Me.
How does the circle of co-dependency begin?
Because with Cancer in the house of regeneration I got (they say here: http://astrologyclub.org/cancer-eight-house-cusp) the ability to actually regenerate my emotions to the higher octave. So once run away from the center of the earth quake I come back to see if there's anything I could do for the earth.
In this thread

they asked "What made you originally join dxp?".
My answer was:

then because of my like for other people's stories. heartache talks. love talks. I'd been on two love talk forums previously. They'd started being boring. Combined with Astrology it was funnier. [...]
Does that not sound like this text from http://www.gotohoroscope.com/houses-in-chart-8th.html ?
"The native is considerably freer, in the course of his/her emotional direction. The interests are less personal, being almost wholly consumed with a curiosity about other people's reactions, particularly under stress or in times of extraordinary conditions."
So next time somebody wants to insult me he/she can say, "you are an invalid veteran who postpones his suicide by giving people advice on the internet forums. Just to feel in power".
Ok, if you enjoy the catlady insult, you can use that item. I have your back in both cases.
"...you rarely expose your emotional needs and usually withdraw into your shell. On one hand you would be one who is a happy go-getter in life. And the other hand you would be very moody and withdrawn."
From http://astrology.findyourfate.com/houses/8house.html
Add it the moody Sagittarius, escapist Moon in Pisces and lazy Cat. I'm officially a stress factor for my friends and family. This push-pull game must have been killing them.
Cancer 8th house:
"- Touchy-feely sex.
- Catering to the sexual needs of the partner.
- Wanting a sensitive, receptive, gentle sex partner.
- Inheriting mom's legacy/debt.
- Researching the family legacy.
- Researching matriarchies.
- Leaving a legacy of women.
- Caring, nurturing, sensitive relationships with the dying. [dom: only once]
- tenacious researcher."

From the sources I mention here there are sentences on tendencies which I omit. They do not fit my situation. This is what I always do when reading astro texts. I delete/ignore what does not apply to my life.
"my 8th house is ruled by cancer with no planets in that placement [...] soul mate connection [...] my three best friends are cancers and the people i usually have a good friendship with are cancers, love wise i dated only one cancer and it didn't go so well lol"
From http://sasstrology.com/2011/08/magnetic-attraction-the-eighth-house-and-its-ruler.html
The man I loved to marry was a Cancer-Leo cusp.
The majority of my friends/bfs have Moon in Cancer (which might be the choice of my Pisces Moon too).
My brother was a Cancer. And I think his death has triggered the Vertex in my life. Cause I changed a lot after that. The days after his death I did sing, "after you I won't stay on my own". This was strange. Cause I did not think about the song. It came out of my head. Or from somewhere deeper. Not that we had a really near relationship. But this is how it happened. IDK.
Up today I thought I lose my ground when I take revenge. I thought it was cause Lilith was in the 12th house. Meaning I hate myself for doing bad to the others.
How wrong that theory was!
I lose ground cause I was feeling powerful when protecting them. That means revenge is sooooooo expensive for me. On the other hand the bigger the hurt, the longer the time needed for regeneration. That's the way it is.

Do you have moon in Pisces and a sag asc? I do too- I have cancer in the 8th. I totally relate to this.

BTW I've noticed from another thread that we have this Moon in common. I mean this:

I was thinking about the Pluto issue between me and my sister. Then I thought let me google 8th house in Cancer. The result was amazing alone in the first sentence:
"You likely seek power/influence through your ability to nurture and protect yourself/others emotionally.
Be cautious of creating emotionalco-dependency patterns."
Basically (for years) I have enjoyed being the older sister who can help the younger one. And when I found her problems never end I got tired of her. Meaning I felt powerless. Of course it could be a double effect. My impression that I could not help plus her attitude that she knows it better. When life started sucking she might have needed a helping person who could keep pace with all the details she brings to the desk.
Interesting!
