I read that Mars, Pluto (and I have both) or even Saturn in the 5th house is quite tough placement for having children. I even read that these people should consider NOT having children. Lol.

Things that were mentioned were possible infertility, abortion, miscarriage painful labour, death of child, child born with some kind of defect or bad relationship with them. Do you have some experiences? When it comes to other things I really enjoy this placement.

Yea I even heard Saturn is bad...but lots of people with any of these three planets have healthy children (just super painful labor) so I guess I shouldn't worry. :s

Leo Sun in the 5th sounds aaamazing.

I got this from ^^

Pluto in this position can indicate a loss of a child. This is mostly metaphorical, as when the child comes of age he will abandon his parents if the Plutonic pressure they feel is overbearing. In case you have this placement and want to have a good relation to your offspring, consider finding ways of softening Pluto’s effects. Otherwise, the child’s departure will be inevitable and even permanent.

...this doesn't help. I even have Moon in Scorpio and cancer rising! Moon in Scorpio moms have reputation for being too obsessive about their children already!!

I love this part in the end

"The best way is to heal your fifth house issues, through being open and playful. This way, the domineering planet Pluto will operate more gently. If you discover obsessive behaviors, try to deal with them by offering remedies or symbolical healing, and your 5th house life will illuminate. After all, Pluto has the wonderful transformative function of death and rebirth. If you see yourself malfunctioning in the 5th house matters, kill your mental approach towards them. You will be reborn with a new philosophy and way of perceiving those matters, and finally you will reach joy."

I think your Pluto is already in check.

Overbearing is not a word that would be used

to describe you, as far as this forum is concerned.

I think that's safe to say.

Interesting, I've a loaded 5th.

What planets? Your humour is cynical.

My humour is one of those selective tastes.

That's why I noticed, I even thought "she may have mercury/saturn aspects, Monty Pythons' kind of humour".

Lol the holy grail of life. Mercury is my 3rd dominant planet too.

I'm mercury dominant for instance.

I was just watching this.

Saturn in the 5th can bring some difficulties around children...either pregnancy delays or children that are difficult. My ex has Saturn in the 5th and our son was a very difficult child to raise

I dont have Saturn in 5th so i didn't find it so difficult

I have my Saturn in 5th... And what do you mean difficult to raise? —.. I think this would prolong me from having kids ever.. Even though I don't want to anyways
