i have venus in gemini in the 1st opposite saturn (and uranus) in sagg in the 7th house...it's the closest aspect in my chart....unfortunately..

Jupiter is in my 6th house ruled by Taurus along with my sun, Venus, vesta and part of fortune - it's a full house, even my merc is there but it falls under gem at that point.

The Decan for Virgo 13th?
Virgo decan 1 is ruled by the Sun. The sun navigates through the constellations of the Great bear, the Dragon and the Sextans from August 23 to September 2. Ok so the moon, lilith, aries and scorpio define your appearance and personailty. Mars is probably around the 8th house....so you look up "ruler of the 1st in 8th house" (or whichever house mars is in your chart, either 7,8 or 9)
