Should You Loan Money When a Guy Asks for It
Deciding whether to lend money depends on your relationship and financial situation. Consider if you can afford it without hardship and if the request feels genuine. Setting clear boundaries helps maintain trust and avoids misunderstandings. Always assess your comfort level before making a decision.
Depends on the context.
If he's just some dude I'm seeing, than hell no. I'm no ones meal ticket.
If he's my man and comes to me for help, well I'd have to decide based on the circumstance.
Also if you loan someone money it's an effective way to find out if they are gonna pay you back or if they are just out to use you.
But, no. Typically I'm not one to bring the exchange of money into my relationships. It cheapens everything.
Depends how long you have known the person and whether or not you trust them enough to pay you back.
Yeah, I've given money. I didn't expect it back so no problem.
He was a good friend at the time, and needed some help. And no, I didn't get the money back.

Probably not. Reason being, I struggle enough to make rent, pay of cc, and save for a retirement... It's survival for me. If he wants.dinner that's different.
If the person was reliable with paying me back, then I would be okay with that. Doesn't really matter if they're a guy or a girl. Right now the leo owes me quite a bit and you better believe I'm keeping track.
It's all about trust for me.
Depends on how much I know that person and what amount they're asking.
If its a small amount.. I give away.
if it's a big amount.. I will give only if I know him well.
Sounds like a low life likes he's using u men should have their own money

Sure loan him the money. It's your choice. Be sure to set a payment plan. Also make him think you're in the loan shark business. Start wearing Italian suits and carry a bat.

and she used to tell everyone she's broke. and she NEVER invited anyone to her home.
so when we saw it, we were like, ohhhh ....if she told and everyone knew.
jealousy, and people asking for money would be evident. true story. and great strategy for her.
the one that brags they have money usually don't. Not always, but most of the time it is, weird how that is with people.
rich people know how the rest of the world thinks of them so they keep quiet.

I've invested since age 10.I'm good.
Cancers and security is a real thing. I learned young.
How u pay your car off in a year i want to buy new car but dont want to waste money like that unless i can pay off in year or 2

It's not bragging or boasting. It's buying the things you like and can afford AND enjoying them, whether people get jealous or not. That's life.

Just worked a lot and banked it all...pulled extra hours...
If i go out, my drinks are free because i bartend on wkds...so saving $ , i barely buy clothes, i have my own vegetable garden so saving there...i cook all the time and barely eat out...
I'm just thrifty and a homebody so its easy...plus i have a lot of savings, but i mainly used my wage...
we also get cheap groceries because my husband's family owns market gardens

The Aries guy that I know on campus needed to borrow money. I lent it to him and he paid me back, no biggie. I typically feel it's best to avoid awkward situations my not lending friends money, but he needed help, and that was more important to me than my concern about awkwardness. I thought it was important for the both of us that he pay me back, so I resisted the urge to brush it off and not hold him to paying me back. I didn't need to remind him, and he returned the money a couple of weeks later.
As for my boyfriend, he spends money on me and I on him. If we are out and I need something like shower gel or lady products, he'll get them for me. He always wants to get me what I want, and I want to contribute, too, so it just works. I bought him tickets to Captain Amercia: Civil Wat, and he spoiled me with the junk food I wanted. Sometimes I'll pay for something that he feels he should pay for, and he'll tell me he'll get the money back to me. I always dismiss that because he'll end up spending money on food for us, or getting me that sweet I wanted or paying for an event, so I feel it all balances out in the end anyway. I'm an Aries, and I love food, but I don't ask for much else. 😄 #EasilyPleasedRam
