I don't have what you're talking about but I do get eczema break outs from cats that have never taken a bath. Something about their dander/saliva makes my face freak the fuck out and get all itchy/scale like. It's embarrassing and happens for 3 days to a week.

Really thick dust also does it.

Lotion. Just keep it goddamn moisturized.
I never thought about that. I just got it out of no where. I've tried topical solutions and it goes away but then comes right back when I don't use it.

The little spots on my arm are red and just kinda dry. What really bothers me is my scalp... The solution helps a ton but it just very annoying to keep up with.

my father suffers really badly from it...

don't pick at your psoriasis, warm weather helps, i guess try the humira, but maybe diet might help and meditation...stress seems to really trigger it..but it is an inflammation issue

so you got to see what foods make you inflamed
i feel for him so bad. it might be gluten but its hard trying to be gluten free in south georgia. when i lived in atlanta there were more options.

medical cannabis. cbd can help inflammation as it promotes homeostasis within the body. thc can help with the pain and stress. i recommend topicals and tinctures.

Yep I have eczema and weed makes wonders with calming down the itching . Might help with psoriasis and I also used triamcinolone cream, works wonders

dang weed messes with me so much though...

i know it helps with depression too but it digs up things that i've tried to forget. i wanted to like it but it wasn't for me. i get really anxious and i feel like a POS thats not going anywhere in her life when i'm stoned.. ya. its just a mindset but i think i need to deal with my issues sober and then maybe it would be a more positive experience.

Hmm I see what you're saying, I've been there

I'm guessing you're stressing quite frequently

As my friend always says "treat yourself, don't cheat yourself"

It must be serious and stubborn if you were prescribed Humira. Have you tried Bromelain? It's an enzyme found in pineapple that is most effective in reducing inflammation and you can take it in supplement form if you don't like pineapple.

A life style change including nutrition might help your skin a lot. Going Gluten free is tough, but try eating less gluten and more gluten free foods. There's so much to choose from now at the grocery since Gluten free diets have become so popular. Lots of fruits and veggies can help you as well as Omega 3s from fish or flax to curb inflammatory breakouts. Eating less or NO red meat is also helpful. Red meat is inflammatory and the worst thing you can eat is sugar.

Good luck. You look very pretty and I hope you find a formula to solve this problem.

It's really not that bad. It's just on my scalp and I have little red spots on my arm and back. It's not that serious but it's not that subtle either.

I need to cut back on sugar though. I eat so much candy it's insane.

Yup,it correlates with my iron levels, when my iron is high I flake up badly, damn iron overload disease
Hmmmmm. I wasn't low on iron when I got bloodwork done in Feb. but my platelets and potassium were low.

I just need to pinpoint what makes it worse before it get out of control.

I have very thick and curly hair the longer it gets the worse it gets. The iron dries me up everywhere in smalljoints like knuckles elbows iron doesn't help
